She took 3 hours to help us resolve an issue that was my fault.
She did not get annoyed or frustrated once, but was professional and funny.

Today is Sept 4, 2024. I closed my storage unit at 3940 W. Plano Pkwy. A young gentleman, the site manager, assisted me. I have nothing but praise for his helpfulness, honesty, and demeanor. Truly the experience was an unexpected breath of fresh air. Public Storage, you are lucky to have him!

Tristan was great and super helpful. I came right before closing due to work & he was so nice and helped me find the right unit for me! Definitely recommend him!
Note to management about the actual facility Please fix the elevator noise, please fix the other elevator thats out & a cleanup cart would be nice. There was dirt, papers and the inside of the elevator was wet which could’ve caused someone to slip.
