No sense in making an appointment. Waited over 45+ mins after appointment made. Was never called up for my 1:30 appointment ended up leaving at 2:20 after 3 people who arrived after me were called up. This location really needs to rethink appointment times offered and ability to maintain timeliness if allowing walk ins. Really should have restroom in waiting room for the consistent 30-40 people waiting.

I arrived an hour early before my appointment and the system was giving me error and not allowing me to check in. Tried explaining to everyone about the situation at hand. No luck. So Mrs. KRYSTAL came out and assisted me without hesitation. She got me in and out in a timely manner. Allowing me to get to my other appointments on time for today! She’s an ALL-STAR for services in my book⭐️

I love coimg to Quest. Never have any problems and friendly staff. They always try to send me to Lab Corp and I refuse. They say Quest dont always get the code right. I tell them to send me anyway and well figure it out. They sent me and we did have a problem at 1st. They tried to tell me it wasnt covered. Then the lady came and helped him and everything was covered. QUICK, FRIENDLY and I didn't have to tell him what needle to use.

I see I am not the only one who thinks Daniel is the best. He is a super cool guy, made me and especially my daughter feel very comfortable as this was her first draw in her life. Daniel, if you happen to read this, may God always meet you at your point of need.

I had to get 15 vials of blood taken and color me happy with the amazing work of Dionte! If you ever told me that I would be writing a review for an amazing phlebotomist, I too would be surprised. However - is calm, demeanor and expertise and incredible demeanor was a difference maker in starting my day! This young man has a gift and should be treasured.

I didn't realize that my physician sent my blood work order to Lab Corp until I was leaving the house to go to my appointment. I showed the order to the technician and she said she was able to take my blood. She had to call someone as she needed some information and I feel she went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I appreciate her so much.
