I’ve been to many quest locations through the years and this one is by far the best. I made my appointment online, so when I got there I just checked in on my phone and was in and out in no time. Clean facilities and the staff was super friendly

People are demanding money to deposit. I made it very clear that I do not make any payments. You always have the right to claim from insurance, and if there are any differences, you can bill them to me. This has been happening for several years.

I don't even wanna share this review because other people might start going. Kiosk check in. Lab wait time was quick. They have a monitor so you know your place in line, professional and friendly staff. And most of all clean! In and out within 15 minutes. Whoohoo!

The man working there today was extremely rude.
The automated voice scheduler got my last name wrong, my appointment came up, I tried to explain that to the worker and he closed the door in my face.
Came out again, asked me my last name, I told him and tried to explain again and he closed the door in my face again. Real nasty piece of work. Do NOT reccomend coming here unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Similar to other reviews in the last year (look for them) my daughters test was misplaced and never sent to the doctor. When we got there, there was nobody in the lobby, also as others say. Well what about people dropping off samples like us? Not all of us are there to wait to TAKE a test, but Qwest at Tom Thumb Legacy in Plano doesn't give af. I decided to start opening doors and sure enough there was a lady in there hiding, with door cracked and in clear earshot of hearing our frustration wondering where everyone was. AVOID THIS QWEST AND REPORT THEM TO QWEST HEADQURTERS
