the check in process and blood draw are very efficient. I appreciate the expertise of the phlebotomists who draw my blood. They do their best to minimize my pain and discomfort.

Awful experience to say the least. Where should I start? I came to this location with my 13 month old son who was in need of having labs drawn. I was aware that we would need to wait for 30 min to an hour or more simply depending on the scheduled appointments. There was several walk ins this day and what I wasn't aware of was the poor management and office staff at this facility. First there was a manager with the last name of Tori who removed her badge so that I couldn't write the review. She and Myra worked around my son and showed favoritism to another gentlemen who was a walk in after my son but began to complain. After 2.5 hours of waiting the manager allowed her staff Rani to work out of ratio as she was upset with my direct complaint to her about their service. I requested for the protocol for drawing blood for a pediatric patient and neither could provide the information. It was only when I asked that manager Tori sent someone else in the room for them to be within ratio. I will never return nor recommend anyone come to this Quest for labs. Very awful and inconsiderate staff to say the least.

In my personal opinion, calm and quiet and quick place to done your blood wrok, i normally use quest for my annual physical, and i used this location couple of time.
Service is up to the Quest standards, patients handling is ok
Neat and clean seating area, enough parking space.

I had two separate appointments scheduled for today at 9:30 AM. I arrived approximately 20 minutes early and utilized the kiosk to check in for both appointments. I was called back 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time. Mya served as my phlebotomist and displayed great kindness and professionalism throughout the process. She diligently verified all relevant information associated with both appointments to ensure accuracy. Although the appointment was conducted efficiently, I did not feel rushed or as though my presence was an inconvenience. If I had the opportunity to make a direct appointment with Mya during my next visit to a Quest location, I would certainly choose to do so.

Place is completely dysfunctional. Running over an hour behind on scheduled appointments. The waiting room had a stench and they appear to care less about appointments and atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and use anyone other than Quest Diagnostics

Check in was very quick and easy. I was explained what my insurance would cover and everything was clear. The blood draw was super quick and done before I even realized. Thank you Dai!

I usually don’t bother reading or writing reviews, but my experience at the Plano location on Commerce left me furious. I had to get lab work done for three of my kids, including my 2-year-old, who was understandably becoming very impatient by the end. My frustration isn’t just about them not having my lab order; it’s more about the lack of attention and organization at this facility. There’s no front desk, and all the employees stay in the back with the door locked. When an employee occasionally comes out to call a patient’s name, they’re immediately overwhelmed with questions because no one else knows what to do. The overall service was extremely poor.

I have been coming here for years, but unfortunately, the service level has dropped significantly. Despite having an appointment, the visit took three hours. It seems this location could benefit from closer supervision to address such delays and improve overall efficiency.

Make an appointment with LabCorp down the street instead. This location is hard to work with and they don't really care about their customers.
Due to a Quest computer system error, the facility could not see that I had already paid through my doctor's office. My test had a deadline of 9am per the test protocol. Despite it being an error in their system, the lead manager offered no accommodations to meet that 9am deadline. I showed my communication from my doctor's medical portal regarding the test, and showed my credit card charge to the lead manager as proof. However, the manager would not accept it and offered no options other than a confirmation with the doctor. As a result, I missed the 9am deadline and have to re-schedule to complete my test. Despite this being my second attempt at that facility to get this test done and the fact that it is there system error, they would not make any accommodation to expedite my reschedule . I was told I could only schedule on-line which is an 8 day wait.
This used to be a really great and efficient lab. Now you are greeted by a kiosk and treated as a machine part on an assembly line.

Checked in as walk in. The Kiosk automatically gave an appointment after 1-1/2. Nobody in line but they won’t take us. Reason they gave us we already have an appointment in the system

do not waste your time here. i checked in for my 2:30 appointment at 1:30, and when my turn came after sitting for an hour, the clerk laughingly told me that they are done doing employment drug screenings for the day. if that’s the case, why does both your phone line and website say that you do them until 4? I will be filing a claim with the BBB for discriminatory acts at this business. i wish i could leave -3 stars.
