I have been working very close to this QT for over a year now and it has been consistently bad. Bathrooms are always a mess. Roller items always picked over and not refilled. Long lines. Etc.

THE BEST QUIK TRIP EVER!!! I work night shift and the employees here are so nice and down to earth. If you're looking for a great time to get the grill food, go for 4 to 5 am ?

If you’ve been to any QT they are pretty much alike except for staff because most customer’s reviews are about staff.The staff at this location range from satisfactory to superb. Mostly a variety young folks generally friendly, accurate, and quick as the brand’s name implies.Notable mentions are Chris, Hazel, Juan, and the young man whose name escapes me due to fact that he often has a different name tag but he is awesome in all other respects.One thing outside of staff is the subject of not enough or improperly set up wet floor signs, and not leaving dry walking isle path for customers when they mop.As a former area manager of similar outfits this item alone was always an issue with me which is why my workers comp rate was lowest in the district.Other than that I highly recommend this location.Great job folks.

What is going on with qt? Not just this one but all in the area. The one at spring creek and 75 ran out of gas yesterday. Today this one has most sodas empty. It's almost 6pm and the kitchen is closed. The one on Plano road and 190 was out of most kitchen food yesterday. Lots of empty drink coolers in all.

How do people give a QT a bad review? This place was fantastic and the individual behind the counter handled all the throngs of Vball girls coming in with ease and friendliness. What a great store.5 stars.

Greated with "Hello" as I came in to a very clean store. Ordered an ice cream cone and Matt had made it quite large as I was paying for it Kate the manager of the store asked me if I needed a cup to make sure that I didn't spill my ice cream and she got me one. I thanked her for it. I said I was really surprised he put that much on it the other QT barely put any ice cream at all on my cone and I had said something to her at the other store that they were never that small. Kate felt bad and asked me the girl's name and I didn't remember but I told her which store she said QT is all about quality and customer service and gave me two free drink coupons which was very nice of her it wasn't her store that messed up but, she wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

I just bought a burrito, the girl who was preparing them was in a very bad mood ? and apart from that she gave me the wrong order an arina omelette only with egg and chili peppers ? I will never stop for a lunch in this place !! if you are going to be bothered working better stay home !! the girl was Hispanic

For the 2nd time ever I was disappointed in the rest rooms on a normal the rest rooms are clean and smell good, but not today 7/11/2020. And my husband said the same for the men's rest room. Location Jupiter in Plano

If I could leave zero or negative stars I would. I have been a loyal Quick Trip customer since 1995. No longer. I have never been so condescendingly treated by anyone at QT until last night at around 6:30 by Eric. I to am in the customer service industry (aren't we all in some way?) and if I treated customers the way Eric did me, I would not expect to be in business for very long. It does not take a lot for me to give any establishment a five star review, but it takes a lot, a WHOLE lot, to give a bad review. If Eric's attitude is indicative of his training, or lack thereof, upper management should seriously consider placing him in a position where he does not interact with customers.
