The air pump never works here. I don’t know what the deal is but don’t use it. It’ll actually let air out of your tire or it won’t go over 30 psi stores. Great people are super nice but three stars.

QuikTrip in Plano is overall a pretty solid gas station and convenience store. The place is always clean, thanks to the diligent work of the manager. It's well-maintained and visually appealing, making it a pleasant stop for travelers.
The gas here is priced reasonably, though the quality isn't the best I've encountered. Still, for the price, it's a decent deal. The store offers a good variety of snacks and drinks, and everything inside is well-organized.
The only downsides that keep it from being a 5-star experience are that they're often out of my favorite hotdogs, which is a bit disappointing, and there's frequently an issue with panhandlers outside, which can be uncomfortable.
Overall, it's a good, clean spot with great prices and friendly staff. Just a few improvements and it would be perfect! LAST NOTE SAVING IT FROM 2 STARS HENERY IS AWESOME

Let me start off by saying everyone I have delt with at this location is freaking ? awesome.
Let me get to the point.
WHO EVER OVER ORDERING ITEMS FOR THIS LOCATION HAS DROPPED THE BALL. ICE CREAM ALWAYS OUT. GOING ON 2 1/2 WEEKS. 2ND THE COLD CUTS SANDWICHES AREA IS EMPTY IM SURE THE REFRIGERATOR TO KEEP THEM COLD IS BROKEN.
I would understand if I was in the hood, or on harryhines location with homeless folks. This is ridiculous and pretty sad for a Plano location. I have never had any problems with the staff freaking awesome. But I'm thinking it starts from the top. Area manager, district manager. Someone not doing there job. As a customer this is a major disappointment. I truly hope this location get it together. This is no explanation for this plano location to be this disorganized. Like I said who ever the district manager or area manager is, do your job get this store back in shape.

Extremely RUDE and dismissive “store supervisor” April... I asked her for assistance with an incorrect amount that I was charged by assistant manager, and she looked me in my face and ignored me! That is NOT customer service, nor is it the behavior that someone in a managerial position should display! That was my very FIRST time visiting this store… sadly my last!

$45 for 2 charger phone pieces is ridiculous and it says 6 hrs until charged. This is robbery. I hope everyone involved loses their teeth and becomes impotent or goes through horrible menopause.

I Love Quik Trip. They are always welcoming and courteous! When my granddaughter meets a daily goal at home or at school!!! We pop in for an icee/slushy

This QT used to be great a few years ago, now it's just awful. The fountain drink machines are always out of order or out of syrup. The prepared food is cold, raw or just nasty. The store is dirty, and the clerks are fake friendly. It's all a sign of horrible absentee management.

This place has been my favorite gas station for more than 10 years. In general I have always preferred Quick Trip stores over Racetrack or 7 Eleven. They have the best iced tea selection, restrooms are larger, centered island style checkout counter, free self serve air for your tires, all they need is coffee station that matches or better than the one at Racetrack.

This Convience Store is superior to any other that I've been to since being back in this area, 5 years now. That includes any trips I've had to make at some of the nicer 7-11 locations.I'm always greeted, always treated as a valued customer, but then their customer service seems to be something the company is focused on. The staff is very friendly. The store is constantly being cleaned, and each station is serviced well.There is free air available for tires, an ATM, and the bathrooms clean.This location does seem to have issues with the fountain drinks, and there really isn't much the employees can do about it except to work around it.
