Air pump does not work and actually deflated tires more, rendering vehicle unsafe. I’m used to QT air just not working, but not it actively making my vehicle worse and unsafe to drive when I’m out with my kids in the back seat. Thanks a lot, QT. Fortunately Kroger next door had air I had to pay for but was able to hobble my car over there to get a proper machine to make my car safe again. Never again with QT.

Shop here at least 2-3 times a week. First bad experience....
Stop for diesel for my work truck, grab a drink, grab some food, and hit bathroom....
I hate to leave a less than great review, but I was kind of hungry and thirsty....
Fountain machine was out of order....
few of roller hot dogs were out of service and others looked kind of old
sub sandwich cooler wasn't working so couldn't grab italian or ham sub....
Honestly no issues at this store... employee told me it is oldest store of this design and apologized.. but still... too many things broken

5/18/24 3pm Light black male employee was working much too fast. Not listening. I asked for 5 Texas lotto tickets and 2 mega million. He gave me 5 lotto and 5 mega million. He argued with when I told him that’s not what I ordered. He persisted. Most employees there are good. This guy has bad attitude. First time I’ve seen him there. If he’s there next time I’ll turn around and walk out

Unprofessional and untrained weekday cashier and kitchen member. They don’t know how to greet or even say thank you. While I was waiting for a sandwich which they even didn’t think to let me know that I have to pay first. They just spent bunch of time flirting with each other at the store, seems like their coworkers are their customers rather than people who come in to shop.

I love shopping at QT stores in North Texas, my experience has been exceptional, everything a customer could ask for. Its ⭐️ is the FREE air machine at this particular location (Coit & Hwy 121) Is phenomenal, always working ? I had a chance observing how impactful it was in a 10 minute span, it was busy nonstop. This company cares about people. All other convenient stores charges over $1 and seldom work , after loosing money and the machine has taken air out of your tires it is serious, tires are flat and you can't drive any where, and when you report what happened to the store clerks, they will tell you they are not responsible for those air machines. I HIGHLY recommend making QT your convenience store!Suggestion: Please maintain your frozen Cappuccino machines and make them sweet, often they are watery and icy, not sweet. Thank you, QT keep up the good work.
