Let me just say I come to this specific gas station almost every day after work. Travis is always exceptionally kind, he could tell I was having a rough day, and a kindness like his is the reason I still believe in people. Also, Felix is always a pleasure to talk to after a long shift; one of the things i look forward to. I hope someone with some power can see this and really give Kudos to these fantastic people.

Mashona CANNOT count. Eating ice behind the cashier stand. Lacks customer service. Didnât not cut on the pump. What is she even there for? She is incompetent. Why are yâall paying someone who canât do anything in their job description.

Very rude lady with braids working today (looks like she got off or went on break at 3pm) on 9/17/24. My mother in her late 60s asked for a receipt and she ignored her completely, I asked again for one with my purchase and again was ignored. I asked again (very politely I may add) and she got an attitude! Terrible customer service! Her behavior was uncalled for.

Out of large fountain drink lids. Out of Pepsi in the fountain. Two 20oz Coca Cola special has gone up to $4.25 for two. All other competitors are at $4.00 for two. I will not be going back to any RaceTrac again.

During the day it's a 5 star but I don't understand why this is the only racetrac that locks up in the middle of the night with people just hanging out behind the counter.Some of us actually work weird 24 hour jobs and rely on these places actually having their doors open.

Employees having earbuds in and customers think the employees are laughing at them. No earbuds should be wore while behind the counter helping customers. Its rude and disrespectful. If I was the manager there I would not allow it. Manager needs to pay a better attention to the employees on what they are doing please. Treat customers with respect. They pay for service and Racetrac paychecks.
