Whoever is in charge of ordering needs to be fired. They are constantly out of cups (specifically large foam) and even the cashiers are frustrated by it. They also are constantly out of tea. Not any specific tea, ALL their tea, so seems management is basically nonexistent there. 😮💨

12/18/24: Now that Gina and Brock are gone, the store is much better. FroYo machines are always broken though… 4/8/24: Gina is a hostile employee and trainer. She should be fired. 9/2023:To curb theft by middle schoolers, Brock, the asst. manager, has created a policy of: locking one of the exits promptly at 3:45, limiting entry to 5 children at a time, and forcing the children to leave their backpacks outside while they shop. Although I understand that theft is and has been an issue, forcing children to leave backpacks (and school-issued chromebooks) outside unattended is not only unreasonable, it is a LIABILITY to this store. The District Manager should visit this issue as soon as possible.

The bald cashier that just helped everyone in line was a complete A*Sholes! Didn't say hi,welcome,how are you, not a single word to a single customer, including myself. As for myself and my company, racetrac will never see another dollar from us! This guy needs a job that has NOTHING to do with customer service! Perhaps picking up trash for a living is best suited for this employee. Not talking and just standing there is his strong suit!

Pump was acting up. It was SPRAYING gasoline. It only filled up a quarter tank, and then it started spraying all over me while filling up.
