Can't get fuel.....
All the pump areas are apparently reserved as break spaces for laborers. I suppose this is part of racetracs business plan. Free break spots and microwaves with restrooms. No need to spend money, simply stop others from doing so.

I buy gas and other things here regularly mostly because all the staff is so nice and friendly. Especially the smaller older lady. Just a nice group of people. Its clean and its a good place to get gas and other supplies.

Night shift comes up with rules off of strength. Who exactly told y’all to work overnight at a gas station? YOU. THATS YOUR 24hours and the staff that chooses to close& open within available hours. Nobody asked you to be an employee but YOU within the circumstances. Agreed?!. I don’t get it. Stick to standards. Don’t get appalled when you knew what you signed up for. Then decide to close and operate when you choose to.

Today I experienced the cruelest and rudest employee/cashier at RaceTrac. I entered the building and headed towards the soft drink counter, my usual, where I encountered a lady trying to fill her cup but shaking so profusely she couldn’t. I started to ask her if I could help and I was abruptly stopped/interrupted by an employee shouting at her, telling her to leave. I intervened and suggested she just needed help and the employee said no she’s a beggar. I asked her if she was thirsty and she nodded in shame. I told him I would take care of her purchase and he shrugged and walked away. I asked if she was hungry and she nodded so I got her a couple slices of pizza. We both went to the front to checkout and the cashier asked me if I was buying the ladies drink and pizza and I said yes. She then began to scold me and said she wouldn’t allow it. This lady was a vagrant and she threatened to call the police. The line was growing longer but I stood insisting I was buying the pizza and sodas. The cashier reluctantly rang me up, actually double charged me for the ?pizza? and rolled her eyes.
I told her she would treat a stray animal better.
What have we come to here in America? I’m sickened by our lack of humanity.
DO BETTER RACE TRAC….
BTW…a multi-billion dollar corporation!!!

Husband and I came to this location to get a propane tank, employees at the register said they didn’t have propane, and my husband told them it’s on the side of the building, they called another employee and he said it was not available, it seemed like they didn’t want to go outside to open it.

The over night staff absolutely rude disrespectful, went in there this morning and most mornings with this crew and treated teerible . They are constantly rude, was banned from this store cause they don’t know where their products are . Kids and Scott should be FIRED how they treat customers. I tried to tell them where them product I needed was and said I was rude. I was never rude. They weee rude and ganged up on me the whole time. This crew had has customer service what’s so ever. I go to Race trac all the time I will not no more. And will make sure I share my experience on social media. I am owed a huge apology!!!!!
