Incredibly thankful to the Race Trac! I was locked out of my car with all my belongings inside but Peter was kind to help me call a locksmith. Happy to say I am now safe at home. Thank you so much!

I have to give this RaceTrac 5 stars. Linda the Mgr. (She's Amazing!) and her staff are due diligent in keeping the store clean as well as giving their customers a Great Experience. The only drawback about the store is that they can't make or sell RT's Signature Pizza. If they can build a cook station at the Spring Creek location, they can build one here. That's what you need to do to increase sales and traffic at this store.

The night shift clerk attempted to scam me by telling me the store doesn’t accept cash after midnight. So, I used my credit card and less than an hour after using my card at that Racetrac I received 3 separate notices that someone at Racetrac attempted to pull cash from that store not via ATM but the cash back option via the cashier’s line. Luckily, my card recognized the fraudulent attempts. Not the smartest move considering there were only 3 people present in the store (myself and the 2 male clerks) making it obvious on who it was and since he attempted the cash back option, he proved the store does deal with cash after midnight, anyways, never going there again nor any other just to be safe. I contacted corporate and filed a complaint but there’s not much anyone can do as per punishment. Maybe he’ll pull the scam on the wrong dude one day who won’t take it as lightly as I did, and end up shot in the face or worse because the person followed him home with intentions to hurt more that just the clerk but his loved ones too. People are crazy and I’ve seen lives lost for less than $125. It’s not a matter of what if but when if this guy keeps it up…

So I’ve never really had problems with this gas station before, but I’ve never had any challenges to see how things would go. Today I was trying to purchase a lime Topo Chico, which, for some reason, would not ring up with the scanner. The relief manager was so determined to make it scan that he went back and got a second bottle. This was more of a waste of time than just typing the number! Then, he tried to tell me that he couldn’t ring it up, as if that meant I couldn’t purchase the drink. So I responded, “Can’t you just type the number in?” He shot me a dirty look at that point, and then typed the number- which took him all of five seconds! As he typed he glared at me and muttered, “Making things so complicated!” with an attitude.You’re the relief manager, dude! If you can’t handle figuring out when it’s appropriate to type in a barcode that won’t scan, I don’t have very many good things to say about the quality of their hiring or promotion process! That’s basic comprehension stuff! If you’ve worked in any kind of place that uses a scanner, you learn that within the first few days on the job. In other words, it was pure laziness to not want to type in a number. Plus the bad attitude as you do it? Really???

Two stars is being generous given the response I got. The only reason I did not give a single star is that they sometimes have private security there. At 8 pm this evening I tried to enter the door by the bathrooms (side entrance.. next to handicapped parking). Door was deadbolt/turnbolt locked. Went around to front and entered the main doors. Lighted fire exit sign above those other doors that are locked. Told the clerk the doors were locked, which is a fire code violation. He said, "Yeah, our manager told us to lock those to keep the homeless out." I informed him that they invented push-bar doors for exactly that reason. He shrugged and said that's what the manager wants done. Noted. Racetrac management willfully and knowingly violates fire code. This location does have security issues. On that we can agree. Of course, with the doors locked, if someone robs the place there is no way to get out. According to the clerk, they will "go unlock the door if there is a fire." Not how that works dude.

Another reason this location is a scam! I tried to buy a gallon of Peak antifreeze that plainly shows $16.99. The lady at the register rang it up and TRIED to charge me $24.99. I told her the price she charged was incorrect. Some other guy then said “whatever it rings up is what we have to charge.” ARE YOU SERIOUS???? You do know that’s illegal, right????

Thank God you had children's Motrin! Thank you racetrac! I went to Walgreens and CVS because maps told me they were 24hrs and were not open. Racetrac is 24hrs!

I don’t understand why this location had problems of ladies bathroom not repaired for more then a week, it’s still not let customers use it today, I buy drink here filling up gas here, but I have to find other place to use bathroom. I don’t think this is right things to do with customers.I doubt it’s intended not to let customers use it, so there’s less works for them.

I have been coming to this location for about 5 years now. I purchased cartons of cigarettes and pack’s too. I went in this morning to get a carton and the person behind the counter called for management to ask if he could take the coupons off for the cigarettes. The manager stated it had to be individual pkgs only. I’ve been using the same coupons for years. Not sure why this manager wouldn’t take this time. I spend more then $300 a month here. So now because they won’t except them I will go for gas and cigarettes somewhere else. By the way, this location go through employees all the time. There must be a problem with management here!
