I wish I could give them 10 Stars. The guys that moved me were awesome. On time. professional, friendly, efficient and careful. They wrapped and protected everything. They called to say they were on their way. They loaded, drove, stopped at Public Storage for me and unloaded and set up my bed in less than 2 hours. This is the company you want moving you. Simply Awesome!

They recently performed a move for us. For the most part, things went very smoothly and the individuals doing the work were courteous and helpful. However, a mistake was discovered at the end of the move, for which the movers bore at least some responsibility. When we asked the owner to help remedy, he was unwilling to do anything and was beyond unprofessional. We will not use this company any longer and cannot recommend them.
Update: Response to Owner's Comment: Sir, you are now being dishonest as well as unprofessional. You weren't expecting our call but rather you were not responding to our messages. You claim you tried to accommodate us but you instead tried to extort us. I never said it was totally your responsibility, but I said at least partial responsibility. We found someone else to move the refrigerator for half of what you intended to charge us to remedy something that was partially your fault. Now you have lost a repeat customer and a potential referral source.

Rapid Movers did an amazing job! The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. They made the moving process stress-free and smooth. Tekendric’s company has now completed four moves for us, and each experience has been outstanding. His crew is always professional, careful, and efficient.
Today, we had a two-man crew—Phil and Braylon. Braylon actually remembered my husband and me from a move we did years ago, which truly made us feel special. His attention to detail and intentionality stood out, showing that he genuinely cares about his clients.
Both Phil and Braylon worked quickly and efficiently while ensuring everything was handled with care. They made no mistakes, and their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire this team again for future moves!

Rapid Moves moved my family which included my mom, dad, little brother, myself and my son. They did a fantastic job. I was stressed, nervous and anxious for the move and they took all that outta me and my parents. We felt at ease during the whole process. They were very kind and respectful and helpful. If you’re looking for a moving team that understands you’re human, this is the team for you.
Then on Sunday they helped move my grandma. Nothing in my grandma’s house was packed or ready to go when they arrived. But as a team we got it all knocked out in an hour and 15 and we were on our way to the new house pretty quickly. Thank you Kenny! Thank you Phil, Walter, John, Cruz and Martin!!! What a great team. If I could give 100 stars I would.

This experience was seamless! Very communicative, timely & professional! Every was well taken care of and quick! That’s you for the additional assistance with unmounting my tv’s and other wall pieces as well! 10/10 highly recommend & will definitely be using again!

The whole experience was wonderful! Kenny and his team were extremely professional and very polite. They went above And beyond to help us. We moved from Texas to Florida and felt like we got a really really good deal from them. Our things were wrapped and Protected. They were very punctual and thorough. Our things arrived with no damage. We would definitely use them in the future. I would recommend them for a local food or for a cross country move! Thanks again Kenny!
