Drove here from the Las Colinas area, and the ATM is not working. It's very frustrating when you are in a hurry and unable to go into the bank. Total waste of time, you would think that since there are few RBFCU locations in the Dallas area, they would try to keep up with their ATM. Very disappointing.

I have had a Horrific Experience with RBFCU. I've went threw a Hardship and became very late on payments. Jeff Brown called me an called me a Racial Slur "B.A.N."
RBFCU confirmed he called me a said he denied calling me a Racial Slur ..
I asked all calls should be recorded for Quality Assurance ?
I not sure of there position and have had a hard time even speaking with them ..
Thank GOD , we have public forums so we can speak publicly and hopefully get a response without PREJUDICE.

Came in to inquire about a vehicle loan and customer service kept giving me the same terrible runaround saying they never worked with the dealership even though the sales rep I was working with proved they closed deals with RBFCU in the past. Couldn’t get in the vehicle I wanted due to their terrible slow processing times. Lazy customer service doesn’t want to do the research on any delearship. Do freaking better you pathetic trolls

Pretty horrible experience with the bank as a whole. Not this specific location. Horrible website. If you want to make a payment on a loan they made it to where you have to wire to their checking account to make a payment. Failed autopay caused me to miss the only payment I have in my life and dropped my credit score 100 points (Didn't fail due to lack of funds). When my Dad passed they took his checking account and completely cleaned it out and put it towards his car note he had with them after I told them we would just sell the vehicle (loan was in good standing and vehicle was not "upside down"). That was money i could have floated his mortgage with or payed for a funeral. They're shady and unsecured. We will see if they fix my dispute but I'd stay away. The auto rates they provide aren't great anymore and its not worth the hassle of no zelle and being forced to use their checking account.

i walk into this branch at least twice a month. the experience is always a pleasure. it is never dry and transactional. while i don't always enjoy pulling money from my accounts, i do enjoy every interaction inside this branch!

Where do I begin? Amazing customer service, I am so pleased with the assistance I received this morning! Erica was awesome, she answered all of my questions and was very attentive! Also, the 2 reps I worked with virtually were also great and super helpful! Overall, a super welcoming and pleasant experience. So happy I decided to go here as a first time credit union customer.
