First, I want to acknowledge that I was hesitant to visit this branch and open an account, due to ALL the negative reviews I read before going. I entered the branch already leery about what I was going to encounter.I was very pleasantly surprised with an AMAZING experience, from the time I entered the door until I left the branch after opening my account. EVERY person I encountered at this branch on Thursday, July 27, 2023 provided exceptional customer service with a smile and they seemed genuinely happy to serve customers!!! I had the privilege of opening my account with Iris Minor, who is also a loan officer. She provided kind and informative service, politely answering any and all of my questions as well as providing me with bottled water in these sweltering Texas temperatures. I 100% recommend that you give this staff an opportunity to service your banking needs!!!If you’ve been to this branch before and had a negative experience, please give them another chance. I’m definitely glad I didn’t just heed the outdated negative reviews. Please post about any of your recent positive experiences. This staff deserves to be recognized!!!

Gave the correct amount of money counted it with a money counter before coming and she proceeded to tell me it was $4 short - which is not the case considering I triple counted it before leaving my business.

This place is not even worth one star. I opened an account in July and then had to go in to the bank to see if the account was even opened and I was told everything was fine my account is good to go. Then in October I went to withdraw money and was told that I could not access my money because I had no signature care on file and it would take at least two days before the signature cards were received and active. I requested my account be closed and a cashiers check be mailed and now it is almost December and I have still have no money and will have to make yet another trip to address these issues.

This bank lied to me regarding a cash promotion for $400. Completed all details per terms, however they still refused to pay the promo money when the time came stating that I didn't input a code #; Explained that they're customer service has record that I did per a call to them, however they declined. This is a horrible bank, and they won't last in Dallas when clients find out how they operate. Constant software problems, which is a huge red flag at an organization where you keep money! Don't even waste your time with this bank.

Always have trouble with Regions! Trying to find a new bank so I can close my account. The atm at this location works when it wants to. I deposited money into the atm and it took it. It took a whole week to get my money back and it was very urgent. Now it’s to the point where I have to drive to a further Regions to even handle business. And customer service is never any help!!

Thought it was a joke when I read all of the horrible reviews for this branch. I have found out first hand that this bank/branch is not worth your time or your money. Please save your self the stress and go to a bank that cares. Regions is a Joke! -Dominque Hamilton card Holder

4/4/22- visited Regions bank in Plano,TX. Asked Teller Christie to check my account balance. I gave my ID and she said she can't and asked me to do it myself online. I double checked with her again and she still did not want to do it. -- very rude and terrible customer service experience. so I asked Sandra and she's nice to help me out.

Frustrated!! All I have to say is go to another bank! Perhaps Chase! Customer service here in Plano is horrible!! All, the wonderful old staff are gone, they have no staff and the one clerk that handled my account behind the cashier desk always have an attitude. This is not the first time I’ve noticed her bad attitude. I Lost my license but had a legal paper license from drivers bureau, my 2020 license with ID/picture on it, they still wanted me to answer questions to cash out $100.00, the same check $100.00 I had just deposited, and my acct has a high balance attached and I open my acct at this location yrs ago, and I’m a regular customer for many years. I give one star to the manager, she tries, but this bank should be rated 0. Last time, I’ll never be back to this location again, and closing my 3 Accts as soon as I can.

Terrible. I needed an issue resolved with my locked account and was told the branch manager was the only person who could help me but she was coincidentally on vacation until the following week. So now I have no access to any funds and no way to pay my bills. I was told constantly someone would reach out to me but never received a call. So I drive up here when the branch manager is in and of course she's in all of these meetings so I wait in the lobby because I definitely have the time to do so. The lady at the counter is trying to get me to leave saying "was she expecting you?" "Did you make an appointment?" Mind you, this is the first person I spoke with about the whole situation and she KNEW I needed to speak with the manager. I sit in the lobby for about 30 minutes and this other lady comes up and says she's able to help me. Now I'm confused because I waited a week to speak with one specific person but now all of a sudden someone else can help me??? I told her what was going on and she says the branch manager is the only person who can help me and I'm just like????? At this point you're wasting my time. She tells me the manager is going to call me before the day ends, this was at 3ish. I go sit in my car until 4:30 or until she called. Of course, I never got a call so I go back into the bank. Here comes the first person I talked to asking if she was expecting me back and at this point I have no reason to talk to her so I go sit in the lobby again. The branch manager FINALLY comes out from hiding just to say I have to wait another 24 hours for answer! Do yourself a favor and don't bank here. Soon as this is resolved, I'm taking my business somewhere else.

Sandra is the Branch manager I dealt with who had me make severaltrips while preventing me from opening a business acct. She refused to return the money that I deposited in my account operating in repulsive mannerisms.
