  I purchased a chair at this place. 24 hours after delivery I realized it would not be comfortable and I had them come pick it up. They did not give me any sales documents, receipts, etc. After I returned the chair, they have sent me a bill for $535 as a “restocking fee”, which they never mentioned to me. Now I am getting bills for that amount and did not even keep the chair. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE WRITTEN TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL REGARDING THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.

  Although the location change had us flummoxed for a bit, once found we had a great experience with Craig helping us choose and purchase our TechnoGel mattresses. Perfect on time and friendly delivery, it’s how it’s done at RTB!

  I wish I recorded this experience so people would believe me. It was like going to a spa and an amusement park at the same time. The most relaxation and a lot of fun with Craig, America's top salesperson.
  
  I brought a client to Relax the Back. This was not only an amazing experience for me, he never stopped talking about it. He went to the restaurant and told everyone he spoke to about the experience.
  
  He is on a cross country drive as he prefers that to flying. His back had a lot of pain. He was so elated. The reaction alone was worth the trip.
  
  I am committed to 4 chairs. I know this is something my facility will need. I really enjoyed speaking to Craig and I am sure he sold at least one other future purchase.
  
  My client was impressed and relieved of pain that slowed him down severely. He had a second wind after the Relax The Back product test.

  I started having back problems due to working long hours while sitting as a software developer. I knew I wanted a nice, ergonomic chair but had no idea where to even begin.
  
  Relax the Back Plano has so many options that you can try out there on the showroom floor so you can really get a feel for your investment instead of just ordering blindly. Craig provided out of this world customer service and Alex delivered my chair promptly! They take care of everything and are so helpful and kind.
  
  I cannot recommend this establishment enough! Whether you are looking for sitting or sleeping solutions, this is the place to go.

  Went in with my wife because I had been doing hours of online searching and thought I knew what I wanted. This was more to confirm I like the chair in person. Staff was amazing. They were patient and not pushy in any way. They helped me understand the pros and cons of all the options including the ones they didn’t stock. Turns out I was very wrong about what I was going to like so I am very thankful we stopped in and were able to get some advice. I ended up ordering a completely different style chair than I went in thinking I wanted. Excited for my chair to come!

  My husband's Human touch chair of 12 years stopped working so we walked into Relax the Back Plano store and Craig showed us all the new chairs. He knew my husband needed his new chair badly because of his back issues. We purchased the new chair around noon and Craig got it delivered to us that afternoon. He was extremely helpful and caring. Craig is awesome, just wants the customer to be happy.

  We just walked into Relax the Back on a lark late on a Friday afternoon. The service was terrific. There was no sales pressure just information about the chairs. Their product sold itself. Every one we have had contact with, whether it was about the chairs we purchased or the delivery, has been terrific and with the best customer service attitude.
