I cannot say enough about the staff at this location! More specifically Joe. I had a horrible time with the online ordering and Joe came to my rescue! Not only did he bust his butt to get my order corrected, he helped me find items within my budget, and in my opinion, went above and beyond. I highly recommend foregoing online ordering and just calling or walking in. You won't regret it!

Its frustrating that I have to give a star at all. I can guarantee that any postive review of the manager Joe has wrote himself or by a friend. Joe wouldn't know what customer service is if it slapped him in the face. :)
Currently on hold to speak with someone in their coporate office as we speak after the way I was treated.

RAC helps me with getting anything that I need at a good price and allows me to return when I don't need it anymore. Joe and his staff are very respectful and courteous. 10/10 recommend this store to anybody looking for good service.

I would rate this particular store a ZERO if I could. I rented washer and dryer from this location. No one ever answers the phone, they tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. I had a pickup of items scheduled for pickup yesterday I confirmed 3 times and they still did not come and pick it up. I never received a phone call even after calling at 5:30pm to verify they were still coming, told me that they were running behind schedule. What do I need to do to get someone to do something? wait until it's past due? because if you don't pay, I'm sure they prepare to "repo" your items. I hate this location and Corporate is completely useless. Good thing is that I live in Plano and I will go to the corporate office with their items and drop it off right at their front door.

I have never encountered so much unprofessionalism and confusion. My husband and I ordered some items here and every time we would have a question about picking up our order, the items, or even the cost they would have to call back literally every 15 minutes. They try to trick you into paying for the item before you even receive it. Once I received an amount to pay from one manager Ricardo and was ready to pay, another manager Joe called back stating I had to pay a larger amount from what Ricardo told me. So the service was terrible from start to finish.

I ordered a bed ! Drawer came smashed in when they were setting it up! they told me they would give me a new one- replace it. It's been roughly 2 months and they have no idea when is coming in when I asked them about it . But initially they said they were to order it and it would be in soon. I would not have got a bed if it was smashed it. Anywhere ! The young lady kept calling me and I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. She said he was out of town ...nonetheless update. Finally the manager called! Just rude all the way around saying he doesn't have Corporate's information. I called back someone else answer the phone and says he can give me Corporate's number but a few moments ago, they say they did not have it. Rudeness and Inconsistency. No I did not make a payment because it's not fair. I continue to pay on damage merchandise. I call Corporate and hold for a very very long I can't reach anyone! I was just like this rectified as soon as possible

Disappointing Experience With This Store.I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying to rent furniture and I must say it was a complete disappointment. From start to finish, the entire process was marred with issues and unprofessionalism.First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. It was a struggle to get any assistance or answers to my questions. The lack of communication and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.Adding insult to injury, the delivery process was a nightmare. The delivery team never arrived. I had to call 3 hours into my 4 hour window to find out my order was canceled by the store. The lack of professionalism and respect for my time was deeply disappointing. Not to mention they took my money.Overall, my experience was extremely underwhelming. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and lack of support make it impossible for me to recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your furniture rental need.
