I had a terrible experience with this company. I scheduled an appointment for a flooring installation, and they completely failed to show up at the agreed-upon time. No call, no explanation—just complete radio silence. I had rearranged my entire day to accommodate their appointment, and to make matters worse, when I finally tried reaching out to them, I couldn’t get a response. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time. If you value reliability and respect for your time, I would not recommend this company.

I was in dire need of replacing carpet from 1988. I searched reviews on the internet and saw a lot of great posts about Robinson Floors. I shopped 2 stores and decided on RF. I chose several laminate samples which RF brought to my home. William Robinson and his partner are extremely helpful. The 2 gentlemen who demoed the old carpet and laid the floor are excellent. I highly recommend Robinson Floors!!

We just had white oak hardwood installed in our downstairs. The floors are beautiful. Bona Classic seal is what was used. The crew led by Diego did a fantastic job. We love our new floors!

It was a pleasure dealing with William and Andy on my flooring needs. They replaced my kitchen tile floor with new glazed porcelain tile, buffed and applied a new coating of polyurethane to my wood floors and lastly replaced the carpet in my office and two bedrooms. They exceeded my expectations with all three projects. Highly recommend dealing with a small established business vs. a big box store. Personal touch goes a long way!

Robinson did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel. Laced in new hardwoods then hand scraped & refinished all flooring. They look incredible! Diego & his team worked hard & were very respectful. William keep us in the loop every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We got so lucky when we found this company. This has truly been the best experience. We have been treated with such care amd respect. We never felt rushed and they always respond when you reach out. It felt like we were working with friends. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone and we will definitely be using them again for a future projects.

Exceptional service and workmanship from start to finish. A water leak under the slab ruined the kitchen floor. Bad became worse because that type of laminate was no longer available, throughout almost half the house, and laid over tile in the kitchen and poorly prepped slab for the remainder. Robinson Floors gave a fair quote and stuck with it in a restoration project that required much more remedial work than they anticipated. The result is flooring that feels under foot as good as it looks. The fit, finish, and clean up are outstanding. We worked with William Robinson, whose skills in communicating with us and advocating for us with the insurance company were fantastic. In all, Robinson Floors left our home much better than they found it.
