SECURITY PERSONS IN BULLETPROOF VEST.
You will be shocked by the terrible display of the worthless security presentation as you enter. This store, although located at one of the lowest crime area in the métroplex had two young men in dressed in a SWAT lookalike uniform and bulletproof vest to great you at the door - perhaps they thought that enhanced customers' experience or would deter shoplifters.
Is that really necessary?

Excellent place for finding great brands and styles. It's not Louis Vuitton, but the brands here are quite comparable to other major clothing outlets. Dress for less.

Advised the person at Ross that there was a backpack right outside the door and they should call someone to check it out. Ross did nothing. I called 911 and reported it myself to be safe.

Went shopping for a specific blanket I seen Ross brands carried couldn’t find it so I asked the “Manager” if it was in stock. I assume I startled her because she blew what seems to be “Smoke” from her smoking a Vape in my face. I proceeded to ask her name to report the incident that accrued but she walked away. Very Unprofessional! I came back Yesterday and ask an associate her name the name was given was a “Briana”! I would not shop there the store is Very Unprofessional and Hires Pot Heads.

Dawn the Loss Prevention was so nice! She greet me when I came in said “Good Morning” and when I left she gave me a compliment on my Dress. True definition of how it is to be a Ross Worker. Store was also clean and organized!

The line at Ross was super long, which is okay, but they only had one cashier, so it took way longer than it should’ve. Plus, the store was pretty dirty too. They really need to put more employees on the register!
