This location of Ross used to be the best, unfortunately for the last 2 years or maybe more now, the quality of the clothes they bring is worse and worse. And am pretty sure it's the management because when an older team left this location and moved to another location in Coit rd everything has changed and the Preston store just plummeted in quality and cleanliness. Too bad the new management doesn't know how to take advantage and instead of losing sales, generate more revenue, especially since it is located in such a high income area.

I drive far to come to this Ross because sometimes you can find a good assortment of merchandise. It can be hit or miss! Also they keep it somewhat organized compared to other Ross stores.

What happen to the jrs jean they were cute styles NOW they look like HUGE men jeans in the jr section. Also Jeans. with holes can not be worn at jobs or school .but smart!

first is messy, nothing there, all ross stores almost empty, Where are the various types of clothes and jeans? Several choices before, but now there is nothing new. Jeans are almost non-existent, dresses are not beautiful, almost all of them have the same design, and they're worn-out rags.there are no brands.What's going on with you?!!!!! you need some attention in selecting goods. your stores are worse than thrift stores.We hope that your conditions will improve.
