I am extremely annoyed with this store.Short back story I normally order on Sally's website for my products because it saves me time. I'm about to bleach my hair and have lately been purchasing the Blonde Rescue Strengthening Oil Toning Treatment. I ordered 2 packets of this just recently and only received 1 because they were out of stock.So since I had to go to the vet I decided to run by this Sally on my way home after so I could begin my bleaching process. When I came in I didn't see anyone but there was a lady who was asking what I was looking for (I assumed like with most Sally stores she was restocking so not a problem).I read specifically what I was looking for. She mentioned that she thinks the company is doing away with this particular product but would have someone check. Another girl immediately came out from the back went directly to the Blonde Brilliance products and handed me a bottle. Now I take partial responsibility for not checking up on what the girl handed me. However I did specifically ask so this will help me after I bleachy hair and it's the same product I was asking for. They both said yes. I didn't take my receipt because I don't usually need them. But now I am upset because I bought this $7 bottle and it is NOT the same thing as the blonde rescue strengthening toning treatment. It is a Bonding Conditioner! And this store is 20 minutes from me so I'm not driving that far to get something else. I'm extremely upset that I wasted my time and money on this.

Sally’s needs to better train and educate their employees. I went in and asked for advice on dying my blonde halo hair to a red color. The girl working suggested to me a permanent red dye… turns out you are NOT supposed to put permanent red on bleached hair, only semi-permanent. This “recommendation” ended up burning a good chunk of my hair off. I will not be asking for any advice from these workers as they seem to not be educated in hair care at all.

Gayle!! Today is September 21, 2023 at 3:06pm in Plano,Texas. Horrible!! Customer Service! She was the only one at the store and I was of course the only client she had at this time. I told her I may need help to choose a hair brush and she knowledge that she hear me and ignores me! after I pick 3 brushes then I ask her if she could recommend a hair treatment for hair because I just took my hair extensions out and need one. Her reply “I don’t know, I never wear hair extension” really? are you working on sales in a retail store?! You don’t need to be a certified hair technician to recommended or guide your customers !! Get rid of her!! That’s why the store is empty!

Was doing a return and the cashier (was a larger older woman) was really rude. She was not happy about having to do a return. The back of my receipt says returns older than 60 days are still do-able. Would not recommend this location!

I went in on Jan 23 at 3:45pm, I’m not sure the employee’s name that helped me out but she was amazing! She was super helpful and found me everything I needed super quick. I was in & out in about 3 minutes, which is amazing!!! I’ve gone to other locations where employees just sit on their phones behind the counter but she was very very helpful and kind. Definitely deserves a raise or promotion!! Wish I got her name. She recommended a product to reduce hair breakage and I’m so excited to try it. She knew exactly what i needed. Truly the best experience I’ve had at any Sally’s! It’s never been so quick and easy like it was today.

What an unsanitary store this place is! They sell items that are returned that have not been checked and are obviously tampered with, yet don’t care! They put it right back on the shelf. Staff should be ashamed of what they are doing, their practices, and their general principles. No wonder they have little to no customers. Health risks, bacteria - it’s all yours for shopping at this Sally’s! Good job management and trainers. Oh - and there is no exchange for such items - sorry for the bad luck! And this is for the Corporate Office, if the person managing your store is a representation of your company - you seriously need a mystery shopper in there immediately.

Daisy and Diana were super helpful! Originally I was just picking up an online order, but decided to browse for some things I needed. I ended up asking for recommendations and they brought about 6 items up to the counter, gave me the price, and pulled up customer reviews so I could make an educated decision. Great energy and customer service, I'd drive all the way to them again for sure :)

Uneducated employees, untrustworthy employees, never ask of employees for choosing cause they turn you wrong when you trust them, I was their customer for a long time and they did so bad with me with recommendations

The website ordering sucks but it's not the stores fault. There were some Curls products on their website listed under the 4 for $20, the staff price matched it for me despite trying to go through the website. Super appreciative of walking out with the stuff we needed at the price we wanted.

The store is a Sally’s just like any other but if you care about how the manager treats customers & staff, go to another location. This manager is the worst. Overheard her engaging in anti vax & borderline racist conversation with another customer one aisle over. The girls in the store were pretty nice & helpful however once I was checking out, the manager was reprimanding one of the girls about a phone call they took?? Seemed inappropriate to do at the front of the store.
