I want to start off by saying my daughter was specific on her hair needs when we went in. The associate assured her, although she was bleaching her hair, the color she chose would be a deep red, NOT BRIGHT. I want to add my daughter was coloring her hair for her Senior Prom (HUGE EVENT in a teenager’s life) so we were very specific to the associate. Again, associate insisting she would have the results she was looking for…!!!!!!! Absolutely fictitious! Her hair came out insanely bright, and looked horrendous! To the owner of this location, you might educate your store associates. If you don’t know hair by personal experience/professional licensing you should refrain from any opinionated responses, therefore eliminating personal liability for crushing young souls!
Note: I will be reviewing the Sally’s location which has a licensed cosmetologist whom helped rescue and salvage my daughter’s hair and event.

I was in this store for all of 4 minutes and left feeling slightly harassed. The initial “Welcome to Sally, what are you looking for today?….ok let us know if you need help” was cool, but being asked “ you sure you don’t need help?… just checking if you’re still good…you still finding everything ok?” every 30 seconds was a bit off-putting. It felt like every time I looked up, one of the two ladies was RIGHT THERE ready to give me the help I told them I would let them know if I needed. I assumed I was the only patron in the store since all their attention was focused on me. Maybe they were just excited to have a customer? I was shocked when another lady come to the front and announced she was ready to check out. I got in the line right behind her. The cashier asked me if I found everything ok and if I needed any other nail items— YES! I actually did need other items but y’all wouldn’t leave me alone and let me shop for them in peace lol

I really appreciated Hannah for helping me find some shampoo for dyed-hair and a bit of soothing gel for wax-caused ingrowns and bumps. She was very patient with me and taught me a lot about how ingredients affect skin and hair follicles.

I mean, is this store being managed? placed an order online for pickup, it got canceled with no explanation. Called in phone just ringing. When they finally picked up, I'm immediately placed on hold till no end. I wont bother at this store anymore. Good Luck

Ran in to get hair dye, both employees were super sweet and helpful- even helped me update the info on my account, and called another store to help me find exactly what I needed. Masks worn by both employees, thanks guys!

As a professional sometimes I have to pick up certain items from Sally's and this location is exceptional from management to the employees. Manager knows my name and he and his staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. If there is someone from corporate reading this please give this manager a 5 star review or promote him to a regional or corporate position. He deserves it. ❤ God bless and prosper this business! Amen

Words can not express how amazing Zeek is! I typically go to target for hair products because they have a great return policy. Zeek showed me that not only does Sally’s have the same return policy, but representatives like him can help select the right products! I couldn’t be happier.
