Something for everyone . Their furniture clothing and shoes are overvalued as their priced are higher than should be for used old items. Prices need to be reconsidered for the crowd that visits you. An ID is required to be presented when buying stuff even if you enter a pin number for your card, or tap your phone,A line at checking out is created almost every time, moving slow cause that ID check out requirement. Should reconsider this!

Found a few cute things but it’s mostly overpriced items that are not in good condition. Only one cashier working…and very slowly at that. No effort to get anyone else to work a cash register. “Green” is the color of the week but I’m pretty sure they pulled it all off of the shelves because I didn’t see a single “green” item. I know some thrift stores will do that to avoid giving discounts.

They didn’t let us pick a sofa that we paid for few hours before because it was 5 min after 5!!! Even though the store opens until 8!!! Unbelievable!!! They didn’t care that we had to rent a car in order to take it. Rude people!!!

it smelt bad. i was there for 45 minutes. there wasn’t a huge selection of clothing and i wasn’t very up to date. I finally had found one good thing and went to the register to purchase. i was immediately met with a rude respite from the cashier telling me i should’ve taken a hanger off and saved her time in a rude tone. I was purchasing one cheap item, and was asked for my ID. They never made it clear that I needed one, seeing as I was under the age of 16. In all other stores i have been to they didn’t ask for my ID for clothes except Salvation Army. She told me that I couldn’t buy anything even though I had offered to show my proof of myself on my phone. The customer service was appalling and I do not recommend coming here at all. I was very disappointed, and don’t waste your time.

I was very excited to visit this store. I didn't expect everything to be amazing but I was hoping I would find some good stuff. I was wrong. Nothing there was good. All the clothes had stains and the store smelt so bad. I don't recommend coming here. Don't waste your time. The costumer service was so bad. The workers were very rude and unkind. They had such a rude attitude towards me.Don't come here its not worth it. Ive been to so many other better places. I was very disappointed!!!

My wife was able to spend her self silly on all those neat bargains. Keeps her happy without having to break my bank.

They're so expensive. Saw some nike kids Cleats in a glass shelf and asked a worker for the price as it wasn't visible. They opened it and showed it was $59 ? I looked up the same Cleats & size on ebay and it was 38 w free shipping so around 42 with tax and it was new in box. Here it was "new" but no box but def tried on. I asked if they do price match and they told me no. I found the same Cleats in box the next day for 34 shipped on mercari. Everything in all salvation army's are ridiculously over priced.

They had a very good selection of clothes for men and women, they also had some nice furniture. The focus of this store is definitely clothing. I noticed a lot of office attire for larger women, quality brands, and lots of stuff still new with tags. The prices were super cheap too! Spent 45$ and got soo much stuff!

Young staff working here is very rude and disrespectful. They gave literally mocking responses to legitimate concerns. I'm absolutely shocked at the behavior of the staff!

Woman working the register at 4:40 on Monday April the 24th is Extremely miserable and disrespectful. I won’t be bringing my business here and advise everyone else to avoid this Salvation Army as you will not be treated with courtesy or respect. Ma’am if you don’t like people, maybe don’t work around them.

My store experience was exceptional! All the staff members were pleasant and very helpful. And the volunteer staff members - Big Shawn and St. Michael, were awesome to work with. They went above and beyond helping me decide on which couch to purchase. My aunt and I had a wonderful time shopping! Thank you for a great store experience - Salvation Army, Big Shawn, and St. Michael!!! Keep up the good work! Thanks!

As with most thrift stores in DFW metroplex overpriced junk. Crowded too. Out of my visits I never have come across anything worthwhile there.
