This has to been one of the most unfriendly Sam Club’s the Spring Creek Plano location. Employee’s don’t greet you. As you walk past employees while shopping they don’t speak or even say hello. The automated store sweeper machine that runs around the store has a better personality.

Manager was not helpful and didn't even know the exchange policy. I literally had to school her on what the policy is. I ended up getting helped by another manager who exchanged my item without any issues. Please train your managers properly because it's pathetic that I know your policies and she doesn't!

Pick up went with my sister to pick up her order. I went smooth without any issues. The Sam's employee came to our spot asked my sister for her name and then he immediately loaded her vehicle with her online purchases.the Sam's employee was very friendly.

I was in the area and needed to do a return and get some gas. There was quite a long line for returns for mid-week, mid-afternoon, but it moved fairly quick especially since there was 2 clerks working the customer service desk. I sometimes like to stop in to a Sam's location that is not my usual store just to see if they have anything new and different. I was in and out fairly quickly after making my return. The gas lines were a couple deep and that moved along depending upon how quickly the car in front of me was able to complete their transaction. I LOVE the fresh squeezed OJ! It's so addicting that I can't go back to the store bought that now tastes like it has so many preservatives in it.

The following is from my experiences Blueberry muffins are much better than those sold at a competitor's warehouse because the Sam's Club version doesn't show mold one day past the sell-by date like the other club's blueberry muffins. Sam's also allows purchase of a minimum of 6 muffins rather than 12 muffins. Kudos to Sam's Club.

My regular visits to this Sam's Club gas station have been a staple in my routine since 2018, primarily due to their consistently competitive prices. On this particular occasion, the usual hustle and bustle were apparent, with multiple lines forming as customers patiently awaited their turn. While the crowded atmosphere wasn't a deterrent, the frustration arose when I observed cars that had been waiting for 15-20 minutes driving off without getting gas. Upon reaching the pump, I discovered a small piece of paper indicating an abrupt change - payments were now exclusive to the Sam's Club app. Attempting to adapt swiftly, I encountered challenges due to a weak cell signal, and it felt unfair to hold up the line while I tried to download the app. What compounded my irritation was the absence of a prominent sign providing advance notice about the new payment method. A discreet piece of paper on the pump served as the only indication, leading to an inconvenient and time-wasting experience. I got gas elsewhere. They need larger signs!

hms puts out expired food because of management. they bring in old food and change the sticker so the date is different because of the manager who runs the department. they don't know how to manage the cafe when it's busy.

The assistant manager at this location was liar. I lost my receipt and came in line to get help from one of the girl at costumer service. And then there was an girl came with one of merchandise and she talked to assistant manager for while and i and one of employee at costumer service waiting for her. The assistant manager(Veronica) turned to me and said i am sorry, i don't think can not find your receipt, maybe it take long time to find your receipt. You may have to wait long time. And she left, i went to trash can to find my receipt but couldn't find it. I came back costumer service and an employee at costumer service told me to give her my membership card, and she scanned it and came out my receipt (list of items i just bought). Why on earth did assistant manager lie to me? This is how assistant manager work? Lie lie and lie. Does she have enuf knowledge to be assistant manager? ( i don't want to bring racist card here, because she rather talk to black girl who wasn't in line than helping customer who in line and already being help. Because Veronica is black and i am asian? ) why lied?

My local Sam's Club, I was able to come in and locate most of the items I needed. I'm usually able to get in and out, sometimes there are extended lines. I appreciate the variety of fruit and vegetables available along with apparel.

For the third time in the last eight months someone at Sam's has skimmed my Visa credit card and tried to use it charging items online - the THIRD TIME. Fortunately, Chase has caught the charges and refused to allow them. You need to be extra careful charging things at Sam's, both at the gas pumps and inside the store. This is a Sam's employee who is doing this.
