I bought muffins on Friday with a date of good through 12/17/23 & they were growing mold Monday morning 12/11/23. I'm wondering if they decided to take old muffins outdated and put a new expiration date on them. I say this because on Friday, I didn't think they were very fresh, like the ones in the past that I've purchased.

I love this Sams but there is an older lady at the exit that I've noticed if you're not Caucasian, she is dry with customers. She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.

Everytime I come here the bathrooms are always dirty!!!! They are always clogged or do not work. Some of the staff are rude. I ask a simple question and they straight up give me attitude. I understand I don't want to work either but at least don't be rude.

Just fyi if you have an appointment with the car area you better press that random black button on time. I got to my appointment on time but no one was at the counter and there was a random black button that did not have any kindof sign saying it needed to be pressed for service. After waiting I decided to press it hoping it wasn't something I wasn't suppose to do and someone finally came out to tell me I was late for my appointment which I was on time just no one was there and no sign for the mysterious button. And that they have to re schedule me anyway. I'd say put a sign that says press for service if I was then just saying. The discount tire across the street is way better and way better customer service !! P.S. don't bother using the bathroom while you are there. The bathrooms were DISCUSSING!!! EVERY SINGLE ONE was clogged and or just not working at all and overall just gross.

Online it says the tire battery department opens when the store opens. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while no one said hello or acknowledged that I’m standing there waiting. The whole time I’m waiting you can see people in the back walking around. They could have easily said we will be with you soon or we are on a break until 11 or whatever the case was. So I go to customer service and the lady there says they don’t open until 11. Update your hours online. It’s that easy.

These 2 third party people that do not work here at Sam's club decided to get in my way on purpose when I am trying to walk away from them and the only way for them to back off was me being rude and snappy to them. These two awful people have zero concept of respect.

Well I used the pickup option. Thirty minutes later after checking in I'm still sitting here waiting on 3 items that I could have run in and picked up faster....... Horrible experience ..... this is why I Costco

Two stars for providing the estimate I asked and recommending a preferred tire, but the attendant was a little cold. I probably won't be returning--this Sam's Club is mainly on my weekend route, anyway.

Sams arranges their stores to place snack, seasonal and holiday merch towards the front, apparel and meats towards the back and staples with everything else around the prem. This makes most look the same and thus easy to move around. They carry some of my favorite items - salad mixes, cooked chicken, spices, and fresh fruits. I never knew I'd love sweet potato chips or hummus until I tried them from Sam's. Hummm.... Would those go together with carrots? Guess I'll be finding out soon. :)If you need a package of socks, household goods, paper goods, or even ice - Sam's is a easy place to go for them. I will also say they got my attention with Scan & Go - the ability to check out my items and avoid the lines ( which can be long on the weekends.). Now that they have added the ability to add to Scan & Go after a purchase, I don't have to worry about checking out without ice. Since it is after the checkout lines, I would. sometimes checkout of S&G and would be forced to stand in line for one bag of ice. Gone are those days!I also use Sam's for gift cards. While you don't save much with low dollar cards, High ones in the 100s could net high savings. I am also a fan of the school supplies and the fruit & nut mixes. Happy Shopping!

Waited from 6:45pm to 7:10pm and finally had to go inside and tell them I've been waiting at the curbside pickup. The guy at the exit has NO radio to tell anyone so then had to go inside and look for supervisor who then tells someone on the radio. Ridiculous excuses to tell me well usually we don't have anyone picking up this late during holiday hours. No one answers the phone so didn't have a choice but to go inside. Ugh I seriously get why Costco gets a lot better reviews.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. The lady in optical that goes by Elizabeth Was so rude, when I asked if she could assist me with contacts, she said there are two people in front of me, but they were browsing and she sat there on her phone. The tone she used was not appropriate,she was absolutely rude for no reason. And she could had assisted me easily but chose to sit on her phone. It takes me 5-10 min max to assist me. And she's assisting people who take 30 to 40 minutes, and whenever I ask her if she at least has the contacts that I need, she called me " aggressive" for asking if they even have my contacts on hand.

My son worked there and was bullied in club pick up department . Very toxic environment at the OHIO location in Plano texas ! Not enough staff to handle all the orders. Manager, Rene never wanted to help when called on . Horrible experience at this location . I suggest to Dean, the store manager to communicate with your managers and team leads and observed what is going on in each department and come up with a solution . Your employees are overworked, frustrated and then have to continually express to the members that their order will be late . My son is now working at Costco , being treated like an employee should and making more money . Deuces Sams club !
