My husband went in to get a refund for a recalled item. The lady at the front desk customer SERVICE area was NOT helpful, nor polite. He asked her about the recall, which she knew nothing about. She then asked my husband for a receipt, which he did not bring because he wasn't expecting a recall for a flood item we bought a month ago. She then told him, she "couldn't" look up the item because it would "take too long". My family has been a Sam's Club member for WELL over 25 years and we have NEVER been treated this way by a CUSTOMER SERVICE employee; who's JOB it is to LOOK UP an item. ESPECIALLY a RECALLED item. We went into Sam's Club after 7pm and NOBODY was even waiting in line at the customer service department. All I can sat is, she is LUCKY I WASN'T there with my husband because my patience and politeness would have only gone so far with that woman... The disrespect and COMPLETE LACK of customer service he received was NOT OKAY. As a LONG standing BUSINESS member of Sam's Club, his experience here at this location was uncalled for.

Had the greatest service today at the Cafe. Latoya was AMAZING. It is super busy... other customers were being impatient. Latoya just kept on working with a smile and a sweet and wonderful attitude. Your AWESOME Latoya.I really like shopping at this Sam's Club. Will definitely be back.

The establishment interior was very clean and spacious. Lots of self-checkout isles were set up with the pretty good space for the customers’ checking-out flow. During the weekdays, apparently the shopping quality is much much better than that in the weekend.The goods were well-organized. Some products seemed with the price slightly higher than that provided by the other warehouse, but in general, it’s still comparable.The staff member at Tastes & Tips stand of the EggLife egg white wraps was so friendly and enthusiastic to introduce the product and share the tips. I loved her energy.The restroom was very bright and clean. It’s great to see it offered the movable wash sinks around at the sales floor for the customers to wash hands when needed.

Dont do curbside pick from this place. Took 45 minutes, it would have been faster to go inside. What was really upsetting is people who got there after us got there orders first. Unacceptable.

This location is laid out a lot more different than my Sam's I go to, but I like the cases that everything is in but needs to be labeled better. It's very easy to get around.

My regular visits to this Sam's Club gas station have been a staple in my routine since 2018, primarily due to their consistently competitive prices. On this particular occasion, the usual hustle and bustle were apparent, with multiple lines forming as customers patiently awaited their turn. While the crowded atmosphere wasn't a deterrent, the frustration arose when I observed cars that had been waiting for 15-20 minutes driving off without getting gas. Upon reaching the pump, I discovered a small piece of paper indicating an abrupt change - payments were now exclusive to the Sam's Club app. Attempting to adapt swiftly, I encountered challenges due to a weak cell signal, and it felt unfair to hold up the line while I tried to download the app. What compounded my irritation was the absence of a prominent sign providing advance notice about the new payment method. A discreet piece of paper on the pump served as the only indication, leading to an inconvenient and time-wasting experience. I got gas elsewhere. They need larger signs!

Finally a good Sams experience! Been to other locations that were horrible. This location actually had freshly baked pie and quick service! Pickup order came out within two minutes and the pie we ordered was only baked yesterday! Wish we lived closer to this location

hms puts out expired food because of management. they bring in old food and change the sticker so the date is different because of the manager who runs the department. they don't know how to manage the cafe when it's busy.

I had a flat tire. My tire went flat at the light before Sam’s. I drove in the parking lot to check. I didn’t realize yet I was at Sam’s Club. I look up, and drive to the service. My tires are from Sam’s. I had a warranty on them also. The guy was training someone. And was super busy. He told me to wait inside and he would let me know if he was able to get me in. They were about to close.I’m beyond thankful for the customer service I received from the service to help with my tire. I had my little kids with me. Everyone in Sam’s Club was so nice.

Shelves are stocked and the store was clean. I like that the store is bright and there is enough room between aisles to maneuver. I always spend too much, but that's the nature of the best.
