I'll be honest and say it in general most Sam's Club stores it's Ok from prices to services, I don't like when they deletes or cancel some items they had it before, Sam's is part of Walmart Corporation, when they start they did good but these Companies like money more than customers cause after a while they start losing money and stores because Costco they do better than Sam's and that's fact whether people like it or not, in the end I give everyone my honesty which is now only 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I always have great service with my pick up orders here. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. The store has always carried any and everything I have wanted. If I don't see something I'm looking for, I will make a suggestion, it doesn't hurt to ask.

Watch out for spoiled / expired product on the shelf. Bought frozen pizzas here a few days ago and could tell something wasn't quite right when I took them out of the box (flattened on one side - had obviously been thawed out). Baked one and it smelled rancid. Threw it in the trash and then went to check the box. Expired a YEAR ago! Just plain nasty.

I’m off on weekends like the rest of the world it seems and Sam’s has the absolute worst check out and exit experience during that time so I hardly ever go inside anymore but the curbside pickup is easy and quick. My orders are usually ready early and are out within a few minutes

So no pickups the phone at this location ??? Don’t order delivery here, still missing my order and can’t even get a refund because nobody is picking up the phone. So now no groceries or my money back

This has been the WORSE experience I have had with Sam's club. Last time dealing with this location. Placed a delivery order and it said the items (30) were delivered and my order was never delivered. I have a Ring camera and no one from Sam's showed up at my door. I called several times and no one in the delivery department answered the phone. The so called manager said she would radio someone to answer, that was a lie. I was just transferred again to listen to the phone ring. I contacted customer service for a full refund! My membership expires in Nov. I will not be renewing! I'm going to Costco!
