I shop here every month never have i been approached the way Sara approached me. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if this is how your associates are! There is no reason to approach me and ONLY ME to move the line for the cafe! There was only two people in line me and another individual i was Standing there on the phone with my husband who heard the way she approached me, i apologized And moved my cart and then asked my daughter to go grab her name for me Sara talked to my daughter like she was an idiot and said “let me spell it out for you” then approaches me “haha you don’t have to send your daughter to get my name” i then Stated i was Standing in line and to get me her supervisor she continued to talk back to me and then i told Her to get me her supervisor immediately then acted like she was the victim when i stated for her to not cause a scene. She proceeded and walked off with out getting me her supervisor so i approached one on my own to handle the situation.
Again this was the first time i have Ever experienced this with any Sam’s club associate as they have always been nice but Sara definitely ruined my experience with Sam’s club. I will Not be back!

I do like Sam's club, but I am concerned that the employees get good pay and benefits. I will always pay more if employees are treated better :-)

I have never been more embarrassed and disrespected in my life than during my last visit to Sam’s Club! The receipt-checking lady treated me and my family like criminals in front of dozens of people—myself, my wife, our 8-year-old daughter, and 1.5-year-old son.
After we paid and were leaving the store, I noticed a long line of people waiting to get their receipts checked. This employee was obsessively scanning every item on some receipts, taking over a minute per customer—grabbing items, turning them over, and inspecting them like she was conducting a police investigation. I was already in a rush, my kids were tired, and I had an appointment to get to. We had spent enough time in the store, we already paid, and I was not about to wait in a line for her to dig through my groceries with dirty hands.
So, I decided to skip the line and leave. That’s when she lost it. She immediately started yelling at me, screaming across the store like I was some kind of thief. I ignored her and kept walking out, but then—she physically stopped my wife from leaving with our children! That’s when I turned around.
I walked back, and she had snatched my receipt from my wife. I told her to give it back, and instead of returning it, she ran away, screaming like a maniac, shouting for the manager as if she was in danger. This was absolutely insane behavior! I went to customer service, but she still refused to return my receipt or let my family leave the store.
When the manager finally arrived, she kept insulting me in front of him, showing zero professionalism or self-control. This was the worst shopping experience my family and I have ever had, anywhere. I will never return. I will be canceling my membership immediately and expect a full refund of my $100 membership fee.
Sam’s Club, if you’re going to have receipt checkers, at least make sure they treat paying customers with respect. This woman should not be working with customers at all.

Good prices, self checkout makes it easy. Also, now the electronic scanner at the exit speeds up having to wait in line for the associate to check the receipt.

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Sam’s employee was grumpy also. Didn’t have any pizza or hotdogs ready. Started eating the carrots I had bought.

Sam's clubs's scan n go feature is unmatched, makes getting in and out so much quicker. This is also my go to for gas.
I wouldn't eat here though, people don't clean up after themselves and last time I sat down there were birds flying around scrapping for crumbs

Sam’s Club in Frisco is a great place to shop, offering a wide selection of bulk items at good prices. One of the best features is the Scan & Go option, which allows you to scan items as you shop and pay through the app—completely skipping the checkout lines. It makes the shopping experience so much more convenient and efficient! The store is generally well-stocked, and the employees are helpful when needed. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that it can get pretty crowded, especially on weekends, and sometimes popular items sell out quickly. But overall, it’s a great place to shop, and the self-scan feature is a game-changer!

We have had an outstanding experience with Jaynie from customer services. She helped us close out an old, outdated company account and open a new individual Plus account. She walked us through the whole process and provided great insight. We continue to see her periodically in the club and she is always so pleasant and joyful. She continues to make us happy we are Sam's members!

I use the scanner on my phone and it really makes the visit so much better than waiting in lines at Costco. In my experience grocery items are always in stock. I rarely interact with workers but when I do, they're very helpful.
