Misty was rude, lazy to think for herself, displayed attitude, and had tantrums. She yanked the cart away from us and threatened to throw us out when I called her out on being unhelpful while her other associate had no issue doing what was asked.

I have never experienced such horrible service when it came to picking up prescription lenses. I have been waiting close to 2 weeks for my lenses, and have been calling them nonstop just so I could get an estimated date of arrival. They screwed up my first pair so badly, that my optometrist was shocked when I showed him the lenses they gave me! Now, because I have no other pair, I'm forced to wear these horrible lenses until they can get me the accurate ones. As I am a student that is constantly reading and on the computer, I am getting nonstop migraines everyday because of this fumble. I will never come to get my prescription filled here again! I will make sure that everyone I know, knows to never come to this location for their lense prescription! Horrible, horrible experience over and over.

I called 5 times and no department picked up. It rang for 20 minutes and NO ONE picked up. Don't count on them to pick up the phone. Trash customer service.

A lot of previous reviews have hit it spot on.This location is consistently out of stock on key staples and items that should have no business being out of stock.The gas station needs to be monitored better. I see cars going against the arrow and flow of traffic more often than not. It's especially frustrating when I'm following the rules and etiquette only to see some "Karen" do anything but and get in and out in a jiffy.The staff could have better knowledge of their own store too. I've asked several questions to various staff and get several different and wrong answers. Do better folks.The Food Court is understaffed when it counts and overstaffed when it doesn't. Need to manage and schedule better.

This club is ALWAYS out of stock on the most important items. I went in at 4pm on a Monday and they were completely out of bottled water, not a single brand had a case available, the aisle was EMPTY - the primary reason I go to Sam's is for bottled water and toilet paper so I was not happy. Not to mention this is the first week of school! So many people were in there trying to stock up on groceries and they were out of stock on a ton of key items. I work for a massive DSD food company that actually services Sam's Club and I know if our product was completely empty they would be harassing corporate nonstop until they were serviced so the fact that they didn't have any water is honestly unacceptable. This isn't the first time they've been completely out either. It was also lovely to see the couple in the parking lot when I pulled up that had 10 cases of water on their cart, maybe next time if you know you don't have anymore of an item put those "Limit 2" signs up so other customers can grab a little of what we need as well, instead of 1 or 2 people hoarding it all. Very poorly managed. After shopping at this club for nearly 2 years, I've honestly had it and will not be renewing my membership with this company. There is a Costco down the street that we will shop with in the future. Hoping that other Sam's locations don't have this problem but this club seems to have consistent issues with out of stocks.

Misti in customer service was rude and disrespectful to us and treats minorities of color differently when we return things. Everyone at the customer service return center are racist and profile people.

Unorganized Cafe staff. Icees & Frozen Yogurt not kept filled. Staff will tell you they have it, you pay, but there is noneI I even asked what they had, to be sure. Inept adults doing a job I could do at 16! Let a female mgr know. Also, food hygiene is iffy...they way they wipe their nose, no gloves, no masks. Let a mgr know. Will see.

This club has gradually deteriorated in service and product. It starts with the new very incompetent and unhelpful new manager. I recently tried to purchase an item that they had but because they have a new quantity qualified pricing, I would had to pay full price for the item even though it is advertised for a discounted price with no mention of the quantity qualification until you get to the register. It was not an ESSENTIAL item. The same was true online as well. I spoke to the manager who seem to struggle to speak or explain herself fluently. Then I tried to order another item online and found out that the sale price changes at checkout when PLUS members try to have the item shipped. Shipping is suppose to be free but if you use the option then the price goes up and shipping shows up as 'free'. I would say that is a racket!

After ordering the tires I needed for the car, apparently they tried to install but they were the wrong tires for the car. They ended stripping the lug nut which then I had to get someone to repair. Who doesn't check to see if they have the right tires before they try to install? Don't recommend.

Although we have to shop multiple locations to get all the items we need for our business, this store has the BEST customer service. I've had help loading my cart, pushing my cart, unloading the cart, locating items. They're always helpful!
