I arrived early and checked in with Alicia as she also arrived for work. She was pleasant even before she checked in to start her shift. She asked for my information and assured me I will be comfortable. I was not familiar with the area and she accurately provided me with precise information to eat in various restaurants nearby. My room exceeded my expectations and I was treated well by different staff members thru my entire stay. When I visit the area again, I will definitely stay at Sandman Signature, a hotel I Highly Recommend.Rooms: My room was a comfortable place to relax and rest.Nearby activities: Many places to eat and relax nearby.Safety: I felt completely safe for my entire stay.Food & drinks: Many choices near the hotel.

My boyfriend and I recently celebrated our anniversary with a stay at the Sandman Hotel in Plano-Frisco, and it was an unforgettable experience!!I’m usually very anxious in public,but i was greeted by Alicia and Kimberly; their warm welcome put me at ease and helped set the tone for a truly special getaway. They took the time to get to know us personally, anticipating our needs and preferences before we even had to ask.After a day of exploring, returning to our room felt like coming home to a private sanctuary. The attention to detail and commitment to comfort made our stay even more memorable!I highly recommend anyone who’s able to, to give it a visit !

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sandman Hotel in Plano-Frisco, and it's all thanks to Kim and Alicia! From the moment I checked in, their warmth and professionalism made me feel incredibly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect, from providing helpful recommendations for local attractions to promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly sets them apart. I can't recommend Kim and Alicia's exceptional service enough – they are the epitome of hospitality!

I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling the Dallas area the service was top tier from the help of Kimberly upon arrival and the help of Alice on our departure both were helpful and a treat to deal with.

Very beautiful hotel, great location, great staff especially Kim and Alica. They went above and beyond for me and my husbands anniversary. The only thing I think that could’ve been better is the parking. Overall, great stay.

My husband and I had stayed at this Sandman location in 2019, and it was a great experience. Staff was welcoming, room was very clean, and the location is fairly quiet and close to shopping and other things. This visit was not the same experience. Our check-in went well, and the person who checked us in was nice. No complaints. After arriving to our room, I was quickly disappointed. The more I looked, the more disappointed and uncomfortable I became. The sink shelf in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been dusted or wiped in months. When I went to wash my hands and unfolded the hand towel, there were two very long dark hairs on the towel. One of them had a burn mark on it, like a cigarette burn, and another woth a ripped up hem. The sliding mirror doors in the bedroom had smudges and fingerprints all over them. The duvet had stains on it. The doors on the other closet were completely off-track and broken when I went to find the iron. The ironing board is very short and had burn marks, rips, and stains. I had to clean something sticky off of the iron before I could use it. I also found drips on the toilet that I cleaned myswlf with lysol wipes. I cleaned the tub with lysol wipes, as well, and they came up brown when I was through. The sofa was brown and dingy looking. There were paint patches on the walls and doors, and the baseboards were stained or in disrepair- like this room had flooded or had water damage at some point. But even walking through the first floor to come and go, I noticed how dirty the floors were. You cannot claim to be a nice hotel and maintain it like it's a cheap motel. If I wanted that experience, I could've saved myself some money and booked the Red Roof Inn. In the mornings, housekeeping staff bangs on doors, talking or calling out loudly, and letting doors slam behind them. Unprofessional and bothersome to someone who may want to sleep in. I'm disappointed with what has happened to the Sandman, and I hope that you can get back on track. Your housekeeping and maintenance staff needs a refresh for sure. Regardless, I have learned my lesson and will not be returning.Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, gaming, indoor skydiving, etc nearby.Safety: This is in a safe area. The parking lot fills up when there's a game, thanks to the sports bar; so you may have trouble finding parking.

We love the Sandman! Staid here twice! Will always been our go-to hotel when we visit DFW. And Alicia is amazing!! She’s was very helpful and kind!

My wife, kids and I came this weekend for memorial day weekend get away. The pool was clean, the beds were comfortable, the room was a good size and it smelled really good. The front desk was very friendly, especially Alicia. She spoke to all of us on several occasions and even remembered our names! I will come back here every time i’m in the area. Both restaurants were amazing as well. Thank you for a great weekend!
