i’ve been here twice where the employee locks the door and doesn’t come out for upwards of 20 minutes. what’s the point of the “if locked, knock” sign when it doesn’t do anything lol ??? love the store when it’s open tho!

Went to this location 10/26 at about 815 pm doors locked store fully lit up post on door saying if locked knock. After 15 mi. Of knocking no answer no staff phones on auto.very poor experience would t waste my time here again

The worst her attitude was the worst as soon as we walked in (me n wife) too bad I won’t ever leave a review again wouldn’t come back with the horrible services and experience I would stay away they are trouble and I’m afraid to step in there w my comfort zone being violated by this past experience .they can’t handle well customers and it shows the real question is how are they still open would t recommend to go it should be a nice place to vibe and shop a store that shouldn’t complicate stuff I deserved better treatment

Very quiet store with no music playing, making my every step heard and very awkward. Didn't have what I was looking for. Can't test any of the lubricants. Limited selection. Go to Condom Sense instead!!!

Thier customer service was terrible.I calleed 2 diff. locations and was treated horribly.I will never shop there andwouldn't refer anyone there.I hope it wasn't my race that caused these nasty actions.
