I was helped by Chris for my timing belt on Honda odyssey. Quotes me a price and was able to get me in immediately and done within the day. Did a full inspection on my van and provided quotes for each service. They let me pick and choose what to have done as some were services I can do myself. Very satisfied with the service and work. Can check around, but won’t be sorry having your vehicle serviced here.

Everything was quick and appears to be well done. I really enjoyed working with Justin and the family atmosphere. I think I have found a new auto shop I can trust. My old shop went south after being bought out a few decades ago, and the one interim shop I found with good mechanics was too hard to deal with.

First time customer. I like them. Convenient location, the people are courteous and professional, and they do good work.
Update: I returned to Sav-Mor to have additional work done. Same good service and work. They gave me a ride to work on each of my visits, and they have a key drop to pick your car up after hours. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with the friendliness and expert service that I received. My diesel truck had issues and they got it towed promptly and then diagnosed the problems and got it repaired. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need any more service on my truck.

My truck was taken in with a bad transmission fluid leak. They were able to fix the problem and I had my truck back within day's. I will definitely be going back when needed.

I HIGHLY recommend Sav-Mor!!! Alex was so kind, professional and courteous. Some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced! (It was exceptional) He explained everything to us, and broke it down so we can understand. He was personable and felt like we were talking to an old friend!
The techs were amazing and fixed our van within a couple of hours. It hasn’t run this smooth in years. So grateful we found Sav-Mor! I know we won’t go anywhere else after finding this gem!

The staff is courteous and professional. They do a good job of keeping the customer updated on the progress of repairs, and repair estimates are provided at the time the customer authorizes the work. Work performed seems to be good quality. This shop is expensive. Expect to pay twenty-five to fifty percent more than other independent automotive repair shops, and a bit more than you would expect to pay at a dealership.
Follow-up to review posted 8/8/2024:
In my initial review I complemented Sav-Mor on the staff’s courteous and professional approach, and I acknowledged the apparent quality of their work. I also stated my belief that they were substantially more expensive than other auto repair shops (based on my internet inquiries). After my review was posted the SAV-Mor owner called to ask if I had any questions about my repairs and to explain some of the charges in more detail. After our conversation, I did a more thorough internet search and determined that the Sav-Mor charges were generally in line with other repair shops. Bottom Line: When a business is concerned enough about customer satisfaction to read and personally respond to on-line reviews, the customer is getting good value for their money.

I brought my car in to look at a sound that I was hearing and this shop was able to diagnose and fix the minor issue in no time. They also looked at some work I’ve had done from ANOTHER store and promptly verified that the work was NOT done properly. For all my future repairs and maintenance I will be bringing my car here. They let me know what is urgent and what can wait which is the most trustworthy business practice instead of telling you everything is urgent. They attach photos showing every aspect of what they’ve found wrong as well.
They’re always way busier than most chain stores you see and you can see why they’ve been in business for so long. I trust them off this first impression.
