Visited this store for a return yesterday 1/12/26. Neelam was BEYOND amazing. I went in for one thing but end up making a purchase. I'll drive this distance just to see her. Super sweet lady. Thanks for 5 ⭐️ service ma'am.

This Sephora at Preston and park is always amazing but I went to this Sephora on 12/27 and I was looking for a new makeup routine for my mom. Laurie was amazing! She came up to us and helped us get my mom shade matched. She was really helpful and had excellent recommendations for mature skin products! She didn’t rush us or anything but she made sure we had a great experience and took her time with us! She brought us a couple products to try and even made us a sample to take home! I really appreciated her help and friendliness! Once again, this Sephora didn’t disappoint but instead gave us another amazing experience!

The store is great. It's easily accessible with plenty of ample parking. I went last week with my girlfriend to buy some perfumes. The girls in the store were extremely helpful and we had a great shopping experience. We were helped by VALENTINA, which was awesome! She sets the bar as an example of what customer service should look like. 10/10

I had a great experience at this Sephora. I travel out of state (from MD) for a wedding and scheduled a makeup appointment with Neelam and omg I was not disappointed. I was late 20 minutes but she was so kind to still do it. She did an amazing job with my makeup I received so many compliments at the wedding. I definitely recommend her for makeup services at this Sephora.

This is one of the best Sephora locations I’ve visited. They have a noticeably larger men’s fragrance selection than most stores, with great options from Jean Paul Gaultier, YSL, and other top designers.
The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. Parking can get a little busy in the plaza, but there are plenty of spots if you circle once or twice. Overall, a really solid Sephora and worth stopping by if you’re into fragrances.

Sephora, I am so disappointed in you and your store leadership. I had purchased Isle of Paradise foaming self tanner several months ago. Today, I tried to use the product, but the pump doesnt work and the liquid leaks out causing a mess. Upon asking to exchange the product for one that functions properly I was told I was out of luck because it’s been more than 30 days. I expect more from you, Sephora. I expect you to stand behind your products. I’m not asking for my money back. I’m asking for a product that functions. It shouldn’t matter that it’s been more than 30 days.
Additionally I don’t appreciate the attitude and lack of respect from the store manager. The conversation could have gone in a myriad of positive directions with the same end answer, but instead a complete lack of empathy and care was received. At a minimum, other avenues should be provided to help resolve the issue, like reaching out to the manufacturer. This is the worst customer experience I have ever received. You no longer have my business. This should be a warning for current customers to test your products within the first 30 days.

Sephora Plano – Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Employee
I had an awful experience at this Sephora location. The blonde employee was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I saw her twice that day, and both times she acted annoyed when I asked for help rolling her eyes, giving short, irritated answers, and walking away mid-conversation.
That’s completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism. If someone doesn’t want to assist customers, they shouldn’t be working in customer service.
I shop at Ulta and Nordstrom regularly, and the difference is night and day their staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely make you feel valued. Sephora should hold their employees to the same standard. This location desperately needs management intervention because no customer should be treated this way.
I left the store twice that day feeling ignored and disrespected. I’ll be sharing this with Sephora corporate because customers deserve better.

Janae is literally the most amazing Sephora employee I’ve ever interacted with. She had so much patience shade matching me and legitimately revolutionized my makeup routine. I love her and I will never go to another Sephora again
