I was looking for 2 specific items and could not find either brand. There must have been at least 8 staff and they all were huddled talking to each other and didn't bother to help any of the customers. It's useless going there and I guess I'll have better luck buying online

The store has a good variety of items, but their layout changes frequently, making it difficult to find what I'm looking for. The staff is often preoccupied with talking to each other and doesn't seem very approachable. While they do greet me when I enter, it always feels awkward. On one occasion, an associate stared at me and laughed strangely to herself while I was on a phone call. When I looked over, she gave me an odd glare. Customer service goes beyond just saying hello; the staff's attitude makes it seem like they're being held captive.

They give wonderful advice and I saw many trying different things to be sure that what they were buying was right for them. So many selections and lovely choices. Very congenial atmosphere.

Where do I even start? Kaliyah (not sure if I spelled her name right) KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! I had a few things I needed to exchange and she listened to my concerns about shade, color, texture and she got Me exactly what I needed and wanted! I was in there for like an hour just going around and working with her. The products she recommended me are fabulous and I will ONLY be returning when that queen is there!

I have been to Sephora many times but have never had such amazing assistance as I did with Neelam. She took the time to find all the right products and correct shades. She was absolutely meticulous and I would highly recommend working with Neelam at the Plano location.

Neelam!! What can i say? This consultant was amazing! I do not wear makeup normally but i think i will be a regular now at this store because of her. She was very patient and very kind.
