Have always liked and referred Shinola to others as an outstanding company to buy from, but very disappointed and dissatisfied that Shinola would charge me to send my watch back for repair on my watch for damage that was caused by Shinola in the first place!!I always get my watch batteries replaced ONLY by Shinola and have never removed the back of the watch and as a result of the last replacement noticed a scratch on the underneath side of the crystal. Went to the Plano store to ask for assistance sending the watch back and told that they were going to charge me fee to send the watch back. Unacceptable!!

My Yamasaki watch needs a new leather belt because of the everyday use. Natasha helped me find a perfect replacement and punched a new hole so it can fit better. She also recommended the Vickery Park bar for a delicious brunch while we were in the area. I highly recommend this well designed brand from America.

Bummed. I've had to bring my watch back 4 times! The wristband keeps breaking. For what I paid this shouldn't be a issue but it keeps falling apart. This is the only 1star review I have ever given. Congratulations.

Went in to find a crossbody travel bag for my father. We had always passed by the store and wanted to visit. Unfortunately we were unable to find the bag but did find some other items we were willing to purchase. However, due to Natasha's dismissive, borderline rude, attitude we decided to dismiss the company and left empty handed.In the beginning, The other male salesperson was kind and took over shortly after Natasha left us for another customer, even looking online to try and find us what we were looking for. Natasha rudely interjected towards the tail end of our conversation and it was at that point that we were fed up and left.I hope the customer that Natasha left us for to give a sparkling sales pitch leaves with a better experience

Amazing customer service! Came by a few years ago to get journals and came back for more today for the first time since then and the customer service was just incredible. Got to stay and talk with the employee, unfortunately we didnt catch his name, but he helped us so much with getting gifts and embossing them!

I love Shinola! This was my first time coming to this store. It is such a beautiful store. I had an issue with my Shinola Canfield Sport that I had just purchased and Natasha was just so helpful. When I got there everything was ready for me and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very good customer service. Very highly recommended. She told me that from now on that whenever I need anything from Shinola to just contact her personally and she will take care of it, and believe me, I will be taking her word for it. I am totally satisfied with my experience and already enjoying my Canfield Sport. Beautiful watch! Will be coming back!

Would highly recommend shopping here. Natashia was so helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a bicycle from here and are more than satisfied with our purchase. She was genuinely excited for us to be able to finally be able to ride together and make memories.

This was my first visit to a Shinola gallery. Can't call it a store because the way the merchandise is displayed is more like art. Natashia was my sales consultant and she had both knowledge and passion for the product. Gave me a brief history of how the brand started and how the watches were made. Needless to say I left with a beautiful watch and have some great Christmas ideas!

I purchased a defective laptop bag from the North Park Mall in Dallas, Texas about 2 months ago. Frustrated, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. As a disgruntled customer, I asked what could be done in this situation to the manager and was politely asked to stop in the Plano, Texas location for an inspection (since I live in Frisco). Following the inspection, the manager was able to assess the product and provide an in-store credit and ended up up-selling me a nice backpack. First of all, I would like to state that I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the whole staff there. The customer service and the management at both locations is superb and I love it!!! Quin, you are the man!
