Went in for fingerprint and the old man at the counter was extremely rude and bossy, asked him to direct me as to the process and he would start telling me off and getting defensive, find some other places to go and avoid at all costs

Worst customer service: I asked if they have color printout option, they confirmed, and said come please, once I reached they said we don’t have. Waste of time.

Mr. Sajjani is very helpful when it comes to the notarization of forms and affidavits. He will guide you correctly to get any mistakes sorted. I would totally recommend an actual notary like him rather going to the cartoon notary services like UPS where all they know is how to pack packages.

Do go this place. Very unprofessional, not honest. terrible experience. Wasted money I rented a 6x12 cargo trailer on 5/29. Unfortunately there was an issue on the trailer( or setup issue which was provided by the employee from the location). There was smoke from the trailer, I just drove for less than 10 minutes. So I called the road assistant service from UHaul. The towing company got the trailer back. Because it wasted me 2+ hours I don't have time to process my moving. I asked the customer representative for a refund , and she agreed. But nobody responded and processed. Very disappointed

I don't understand how this place is still in business. I arrived 10mins before my appointment to find the shop locked. I called the number on Google, a guy picked up and said he will be right there. He was basically down the strip mall chilling at another store.The minute I stepped inside, I wanted to run out. The entire place was messy, dusty, unorganized, like a 4yr olds play room. There is no way this store is making any money. Must be a front for money laundering or something.

Had an appointment at 2:40pm to enter documents for a new job. Showed up ten minutes early, this place closes at 3 but the lazy manager or owner decided to leave an hour early and closed the store. Definitely advise against coming here for anything, set my appointment 2 days prior.

He charged me $37 for 54 pages printed. I was in a rush and he took advantage. I didn't know it was so much until he ran my card. He was the closest to my house and I chose an independent store over a chain. Big mistake, I just did a similar print at fedex for $5
