Very knowledgeable staff, knew the attributes and options for the different manufactures: we chose a new Queen size, Purple Mattress! They came two days later to haul out the old mattress, set up the new mattress in our adjustable frame and checked out the operation; they also cleaned up behind themselves very well ! !

Thanks to TJ we got in and out, less than an hour. Asked many questions and probably the same ones over and over again but he was so helpful ,never hesitated and energetic to showed us everything we were asking for. We had to return/exchange our mattress. Ali made the return hassle-free, which made the shopping experience easy. The store had a great selection and Ali was knowledgeable and helpful. He is very personable, and explains information clearly!
