I visited in mid-July 2024 on a whim a few days before my birthday. Kadri was incredibly helpful and just the right level of attentive. She was never pushy and answered all of my dumb questions.
After over an hour spent being sized, trying on different types of bras, sleep shorts, and nightgowns, I checked out with nearly a whole new underwear wardrobe!
The prices are not low, but the quality is high and they have frequent sales and discounts. I'll shop online some but I really enjoyed the in-store experience and Kadri's customer service.

Literally… the Best bra shopping experience I have ever had! From calling to ask about bra fitting, to arriving and being greeted by so many friendly faces, to being fitted by the most gracious, patient Tiffany (who helped both me and my daughter find our perfect fits with so, so many bras ?)… I truly can not say how amazing, patient and kind she was making sure we found bras that we were truly happy and comfortable with. She truly went above and beyond. I have never had a more pleasant shopping experience with such friendly, kind employees. All of the employees were just so nice! Ms. Priscilla checked us out, got us signed up for rewards and was just so sweet and helpful as well. Thank you ladies so very much for all of your help! God bless you all!

Normally, I can only say great things about this store. However, on July 28th at 330pm, my mom, daughter and I stopped in for some pajamas. We helped ourselves and then at checkout, a man named Lamar came to the counter. We asked about a promo on the web and he said it was not available in store. I explained that I had previously had it used in store and his demeanor completely changed. He became aggressive and condescending and very unfriendly. I asked for another associate or manager thinking he was new and he said there was no one else and if I didnt like it I could leave through the double doors. We were shocked. The other associate came out and I asked her for a manager, and she said the manager was at dinner and I asked if there was a manager for Chicos and she went to get her. He tried to cover his behavior by saying he was giving what we were giving but that was a gross misinterpretation. As we were talking among ourselves, he kept making rude commentary under his breath. When the manager came over, he said, let me tell you what’s going on before this person talks. Not a positive bone in his body. His whole demeanor was about escalating the situation when I was trying to de-escalate his aggressiveness. Luckily, the Chico’s manager came over and assisted us and apologized for his aggressive and unkind behavior. Toni was amazing- super kind and professional and she gave us the discount like I knew she would. She won our hearts back to Soma with her outstanding customer service. Please be careful when dealing with Lamar-his short, hot temper escalates very quickly. Probably better suited for a position not interfacing with customers.

I had the best experience here. Trudy was fantastic to work with. She helped me find the perfect bra and Lamar made sure I took advantage of the semi-annual sale.
The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. Of course everything feels like butter on your skin so that’s a plus too.
10/10 would recommend. Thank you Trudy and Lamar! ☺️

Unprofessional Agents...
After referring family here due to the great service in years past at Sonoma, I am very disappointed in this store. After a seemingly great experience with one sales agent for the sale days prior, today I am reminded why I never shop at Chico. This location always had a ignorant amount of racial biased towards shoppers but Sonoma always seemed different.
I called Sonoma in advance today to make a simple return before closing and advised I would be there near close. They locked the door when I got there and worked another 30 minutes. What harm was taking my return as I was leaving town. The three agents sat there at their registers ignoring my attempts to communicate it was me who just called. Finally after several attempts one agent (acting like a manager) comes over irritated. I explain I had just called but she shrugged her shoulders and told me she had closed and would not open the door.
There are rules and there are rules that require grace. This location has had heavy construction for a while which makes it appear store is closed down for good not to mention more challenging to access. With a transaction of over $500 you would expect more from their agents... There is always a way you can address something. Suprises me when the simpliest of things are met with such excess of unnecessary unprofessionalism.

This SOMA Store is the best in DFW Area. EVERYONE at this location is helpful, but not overbearing, and give the BEST service whether you purchase or not.

I have been a long time customer of Soma/Chicos. This past week I started my holiday shopping at Soma.. first off the sales associate was very pushy, I understand sales and commission but this was uncomfortable.I was picking our pajama sets and I had a list of sizes, when I got home two of the sizes were wrong she absolutely knew they were wrong but wanted the sale.I returned the two items and once again not only were they pushy they were outright rude. Good night Soma you will not see me again.
