I have been a long time customer of Soma/Chicos. This past week I started my holiday shopping at Soma.. first off the sales associate was very pushy, I understand sales and commission but this was uncomfortable.I was picking our pajama sets and I had a list of sizes, when I got home two of the sizes were wrong she absolutely knew they were wrong but wanted the sale.I returned the two items and once again not only were they pushy they were outright rude. Good night Soma you will not see me again.

Great selection at this store, and Trudy is your girl to help you navigate it! She helped me narrow down my size and style, and was attentive to my needs while I was there. Ask for Trudy!

Good selection of products at a reasonable price. Very good location at Preston & Park that has good parking and easy entry. Only issue is the staff and service, which is mixed - sometimes super helpful and other times quite cold and seemingly annoyed when asked for assistance.

I wanted to like this store SO bad because the one I used to go to in Firewheel was great, but I just did not enjoy the experience. I came a week or so ago to take advantage of their 2 for $59 bra sale. I got shown some options and after trying them on and starting to decide what I liked the woman quickly told me one she had pushed wasn’t apart of the 2 for $59 sale (it was $79), but was made by women for women and was the best bra. I said thank you and proceeded to keep looking at bras. Another employee then came by to tell me how much I need the $79 bra that is not on sale because it’s made by women and the first of its kind and so comfortable and I won’t find it anywhere else. Despite the fact that I had said I was leaning towards the other two, the expensive one was pushed. I wasn’t in love, but the store was small, there weren’t many other customers, and by that point I was just trying to get out before being talked into anything else so I bought it. I get that it’s their job to sell, but when you make a customer feel like they have to purchase something that puts them almost double what they wanted to spend just so the interaction ends and they don’t feel anymore pressure or panic at the register, it is off putting. I wore it once and quickly concluded that it was not remotely close to worth $79 to me personally (for some it may be, no hate on the bra itself) and definitely not a bra that would be in my regular rotation. My stepdad threw out the receipt by mistake so now I’m stuck with this bra and needing a new store ?

Good option for underwear and pijamas but the employees and manager of the place were very rude and racism; they didn't even greet us or make us feel welcome; they rather ignored us and despite the fact that the place was empty and they were only on their phones; They didn't want to help us find 2 things we were looking for in specific; I can recommend Allen's store; much better attention

Disappointing. Soma used to have amazing customer service and a wide range of sizes. I swore by their bras and didn’t buy anywhere else. However, the last time I came, they didn’t have my size, and I ended up buying a different size that never has fit perfectly.So this time I called, and the lady that answered verified that they had my size, and in a not very friendly tone said I’d just have to come in to see them, which I already planned to do, I just didn’t want to waste a trip if they didn’t have my size.When I got there, the same lady pointed to the ones in my size, which were all the same style, leaving me to pull them out of the drawer. She barely looked around and said they didn’t have any others. She didn’t make an effort to help me find anything or recommend anything, didn’t show me to a fitting room, didn’t ask if I needed help with anything else. I was going to look around at other items, but was encouraged to just leave by her careless demeanor. I guess I’m done with Soma.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Soma. Me and my friend was visiting that area and decided to pop in. No one acknowledged us at all! I picked out my things and was looking at the vanishing back wall. This older associate came at me and said I need by you. Instead of waiting for me to move she basically man handles me out of the way. I looked at my friend and told her what happened. I was so tempted to just walk out and I probably should have but I decided to proceed to the counter. This is where I had Patrica. She was not very pleasant either. She asked me if I found everything okay in a not so friendly tone. I said yes. She looked at my friend and said do you need help in the same unfriendly tone. She said no that she was waiting on me. Patricia then proceeded to continue her conversation with the other associates. I was very disappointed in this experience. I use to work for Soma and was a manager in one of your stores for six years. I really hope the rest of your stores don’t treat their customers like this.

Needed to purchase a specialty bra and I was completely lost. Tiffany guided me through the process with ease and made my experience seamless. First time shopping here. It's now my new intimate store. Tiffany is awesome!!!!!

Make that a negative star rating! no, No and NO! DO NOT purchased from this establishment! So disappointed - obviously the staff that used to work here are no longer. Awful, ZERO customer service, at least not after your money is spent. Not sure, but if it was the manager that spoke to me, someone, anyone in upper management needs to go back over what it means to provide customer service. Unbelievable, Unhelpful and Uncaring! So SAD, really thought the ladies in my family had found a new lingerie shop, since the Maddox Shop had closed down, we were SO wrong!

Would give a negative star if allowed for this particular location. Felt unwelcomed upon entering the store when one SA saw my mom and I, had made an eye contact, but still decided to walk by without offering any greetings. No one checked on us to see if we needed assistance at allWhen it's time to check out, this SAME lady decided she would close her register because chit chatting with her coworker was more important than providing customer service when we were already in line and waiting. And guess what, the 2nd SA who rang us out was worse. No greetings, no eye contact, not even hang us the bag after wrapping up. My mom and I felt uncomfortable by her attitude during the entire interaction. Did we just pissed her off by spending money making purchases??? To management, we the customers who actually walked into your store to buy your products are the reason you are still holding your jobs. Think about how convenient online shopping nowadays. If you feel like we are a burden to you, I suggest it's time for you to revisit your employee handbook and learn about customer service 101 again.

I love Soma - especially their cool nights sleepwear. This location however, is badly managed. Two times now, I have ordered online and requested to pick up in store. Both times, the store cancelled the orders for no other reason than they just didn't want to do it. It is fine because I get free shipping but The first time it happened, I was buying for a gift. Instead of arriving with gift in hand, I had to have it shipped to her. The store just seems lazy. When I try to call the store number listed online, I get a recorded message saying the number is no longer active. 972-612-2566 is the number I called.

I went to this store yesterday and haven’t been measured in years. I had two ladies help me so much. They kept going to the back and getting me whatever I needed. I live about an hour away and they took such good care of me that I’d be willing to drive that again. My back has never felt better! Excellent service and excellent options for bigger busts.
