Avoid this place and find a provider that is more professional and transparent in their billing. I had to speak to them multiple times to get them to correct their bills. They even billed me for a visit when I was sent back by the therapist saying that the treatment is already over. No service was provided on that day. I have promptly paid all the copays and the other cash payments as applicable immediately on the same day. My treatment ended in May 2023 and the last bill they sent was in August 2023, with wrong charges. Their billing is quite haphazard, so I talked to their Manager to let him know about disputed amounts. After that, I did not hear from them nor did I get any statement for almost six months. Then a few days back, I got a surprise letter from them demanding much higher amount and threatening to send to collection. The letter is undated with no statement nor details of charges and dates. I contacted them over phone right away but they could not provide any explanation. I am reporting them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for fraudulent and unethical business practices.In response to their reply:Source One never sent any of those bills after 8/21/23. They are just lying about it. Had I received any of the 4 statements they are talking about, I would have called them. I am quite disappointed by their approach. I paid cash rate for the 9 visits (not 10 visits as wrongfully mentioned) that was not covered by insurance. My insurance company paid all their other bills submitted before 5/1/23. They had to resubmit claim to insurance due to their own fault with wrong paperwork. Some of the claims were submitted under individual therapist name and others under different names. So the mess was created by SourceOne. I called insurance and then called SourceOne to request resubmission of claim with correct bills. They were paid off by insurance in August last year. I see several reviews by other patients regarding their wrongful billing practices. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I went to Source One Physical Therapy for a physical therapy treatment plan. I was injured in a recent auto accident and had major insurance plan coverage. Source One was able to accept my insurance even though they are not my primary specialist. They're good at what they do, plus the appreciation and respect I feel for them are outstanding.

I am happy with the staff at Source One Physical Therapy. They have made a lot of progress in my recovery and I am confident that the improvements are due mostly to their hard work. I can't say enough good things about them!

I was referred here after an accident by a co-worker. I was treated by all of the therapists, and they were all exceptional in their way. The physical therapists helped me recover from my injuries and allowed me to feel better about my mobility.

I was in an auto accident and this therapist helped me get better quickly. I went back to work after 4 weeks of treatment and felt wonderful. The staff here is kind and professional, which makes the experience much easier.

Great place, with a friendly front staff. Everyone is welcoming from day one. My PT, he's always willing to answer my d*** questions and he can strike a good balance between safety and pushing you so you recover quickly, I enjoy the sessions thoroughly.

I've had several surgeries in the last year and have been to other physical therapy businesses that don't really provide personal treatment. Source One does is excellent! Everyone is attentive, highly educated, professional, and committed to their patients.

They are always friendly and ready to assist. You’ll definitely walk out feeling better. I am 1.5 weeks into my 8-week therapy and my mobility is 75% better than it was. A reduction in pain, and inflammation and better strength and agility too.

They're the absolute best. I've gone to physical therapy sessions before that ended up being frustrating and even uncomfortable. The stage is wonderful. It's a fun, cheerful place you can be confident knowing you're in good hands. They always have your best interest in mind and they always listen to you.

Currently in for recovery after surgery. Getting a little better every visit. The front staff is great, the location is easy to find with plenty of parking. Busy place but not overcrowded, they always make sure everyone is working in a timely manner.
