I normally don’t write bad reviews, but their billing department needs to change the way how they send customers to collections. A statement was made on 8/16/23, I didn’t receive it until September, close to Labor Day. And then I was sent to collections on 9/14/23 and I didn’t receive that statement until Mid October. In the photo, the envelope shows the mail being stamped on 10/10/23 of the bill that was made on 9/14/23. That means I didn’t receive the billing for collections until almost a month later and they barely gave me a month before sending me to collections. They also never emailed me or attempt to give me a phone call due to not having enough resources on their end as told by the COO of the company. I will never come back to this place for any future services.

They've been treating patients and they have been able to help hundreds of patients with their injuries. If you were in a car accident, this Therapist may be able to help you with your physical therapy. They accept all major insurance plans!

A friend referred me to Source One Physical Therapy and they took care of me without a problem. I had no problems with getting back on my feet again thanks to the staff at Source One who did their best work.

They offer physical therapy as well as personal injury assistance, which is perfect if you're in an auto accident. Their prices are also affordable and we've never had any issues with insurance reimbursement.

I love these guys. Seven years ago I had a full knee replacement and they got me back to normal. This time, I have had issues with my other knee for 6 months. They have me on the road to recovery in a couple of weeks.

I have worked with them for my sprained ankle and foot and the progress is going in a good direction. I feel welcome and cared for here at this facility with all other staff members as well. Everyone is working great as a team to help patients.

I had an amazing experience with Source One Therapy. I had physical therapy before and felt like I got nothing out of it. This was completely different. I had hip pain for 4 years. It took a couple of months but I am now pain free.

I was happy with the level of care and attention that everyone on staff gave me. I wasn’t sure how well having different people work with me would work, but I enjoyed the opportunity to have different physical therapists help me through recovery.
