I won’t be back. I placed an online order, curbside pickup. I sat in the curbside space for more than 15 minutes after texting that I had arrived. When I went inside to check on my order I found an empty store full of employees standing around not doing anything. Then I checked my order and it was missing things. I received no notification from Specs. I had to wait and deal with multiple employees who obviously did not care if I was charged for the missing items to resolve the issue.

Good prices. Really hard to check out. Customers wandering around trying to find a staff to check us out. I saw three on thier phones in a 10 ft proximity to the 6 unmanned check out lanes. And this is not the 1st or even 5th time I have seen this.

Yesterday I placed my first online order for pick-up. I had to enter a credit card before placing the order, but this does not allow you to get the 5% discount for cash, which I wanted. So when I arrived to pick up the order I asked the associate if I could pay with cash and get the discount, he said yes and pointed me to the lady at a checkout register and said she could handle it. She scanned the items and the price came up incorrectly. While I was trying to figure out why, the associate returned with my order sheet in-hand and yelled at me for canceling the order and held the sheet up to my face and said "this was a better price." He then crumbled my order sheet and threw it on the ground and walked away saying, "I can't take this. I have to get out of here." I stood there confused.
As it turns out, the manager witnessed this exchange and I let him know that associates becoming unhinged and yelling at customers for no reason is probably not good for business. I eventually got my discount and left the store with my items. I am still confused about what happened and why the associate became irate. It was so bizarre.
