Quick and easy experience returning equipment I needed switched out. The staff were very friendly. My service tech from this week was fantastic as well. Super happy with my switch to Spectrum!

Horrible service. Went in with my ex to transfer service from my exâs name to mine, she ridiculed me for not letting her open me a new account because I didnât want to âunplugâ the modem. Then, did not check that my ex had left a balance on the account before she transferred it to my name, then told me she couldnât process my card. I went to the parking lot and paid the bill and set my card up for auto pay. Everything is still in my exâs name after 24 hours and we had to go online and do it ourselves.

Chronically understaffed but the staff work hard to please diverse clientele. Keeping doors locked during business hours reflects poorly on the location of the office, yet Spectrum chose to shut down other offices in the larger area.
Waited in the registered "queue" for nearly 20 mins! Most customers were simply returning equipment - naturally an unscientific observation on my part.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in the market for an iPhone, but was convinced to get the Samsung Galaxy S25 for $700 off with a trade in. The first store rep who helped me explained the process as though the $700 off would be applied to the device balance, and that at any time I could pay the difference to upgrade to another phone, the iPhone that I wanted. During my initial visit I decided to activate my own device and to think about it. 2-3 weeks later I came back, and a different rep explained it the exact same way, and I purchased it. Fast forward to today, I've chatted and spoken with customer service and learned that I was immensely lied to or misinformed. That $700 is applied as a monthly installment credit, and currently I would still need to pay $566.67 to pay the device off. Now, in trying to get some type of rectification, it seems (1) that I was lied to and misled into getting this Galaxy S25, (2) that I'm stuck with this Galaxy that I ultimately do not want and planned on giving my mother for her birthday, and (3) that no one I have spoken with so far cares, so it's ok for representatives to lie to get sales for the company. I would have never gotten this phone if I were provided with the truth, AND I would have never even switched to Spectrum in the first place if I'd known my experience would start out like this. Zero out of 10-do not recommend.

Bad experience. I went 4 times to change and get a new tv and dvr receiver and they gave me the wrong one, then a broken one, finally just a tv receiver. They donât pay attention about what you have connected at home. It looks like they donât care. I am very disappointed with the situation.

I had been paying 35-40 monthly for only 3 gigs data with Google Fi. As a long time Spectrum customer, I was able to get unlimited data for 30 a month, AND they reduced my WiFi monthly a little AND boosted my upload speed as well (bundling). Kim V. was âawesomeâ and helpful. Itâs also nice to be able to go to an actual store front and get help from a person. I hope Spectrum continues to have store front locations.

I've never had as many issues with previous internet/cable services, until I joined Spectrum. It's pretty insane (and oddly coincidental) that my services mysteriously drops at a gust of wind, every time i'm harassed or solicited by their competitors. Not worth the hassle.
