After a horrible experience with another provider I had the privilege of speaking to Diane our of South Carolina to set up service and she was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed despite me trying to rush her because I was at work. Because of my schedule she said lets get you going so you can have service in the next 2 days and will call you on your lunch to set up your phone line. Now I was not going to get a phone line because I already have amazing service but because she was so kind and professional I added a phone line. She is what customer service should be. I hope Spectrum reads this and gives her some acknowledgment.

I bought my new I phone at this store. Jason was the person who helped me. He was very helpful and when I received the phone I took it back in to him and he set everything up for me. I had a very good experience at this store.

They are horrible. We have lived at the same location for 20 years and have tried various internet providers over the years. The best was when we first moved here and had a fiber optic service from Verizon. We had that for about 10 years without a single problem. Then they sold to Frontier and the service was poor and we had connection problems all of the sudden. We tried various other providers and they were okay. A few issues here and there. None of them had very good customer service but they had decent connection with a drop here and there. We got talked into trying Spectrum by one of our kids. Constant outages that lasted for six or more hours. Do not let their marketing fool you. This company cannot keep you connected to the Internet and their customer service is equally poor.

My Parents where opening a business and they gave us the phone number for the phone and when we got the phone it was a different phone number and they waste 1,000 Dollars on flyers and big logo promotions

Spectrum has to be the worst ISP we've ever used. From the turtle speeds [due to their whole "piggy-back" offering] down to the frustrating remote. And that's if/when they aren't doing "routine maintenance" - which seems to be all the dang time! -Speeds never match what you're paying for -you have to aim the remote perfectly -channel offering depends on random specific package; otherwise limited There are better options out there which offer a more pleasurable end-to-end experience. We are currently pursing elsewhere.

If it was possible to give a negative 10 I would. #Spectrum=Fraud. A salesman "accosted" me in Walmart and I listened to his spiel for a bit. We WERE looking to change tv providers because we were tired of DISH. So I listened and then said "sounds good, you will have to talk to my husband. I do not make tv decisions because if I did there'd just be no tv. You HAVE TO talk to my husband.". Looking back I'm assuming that guy got paid only if he made a sale. I naively gave him my name and address - " to see if they provided service to our area" and left with the reminder - you must talk to my husband. No one ever called -I assumed that was it. Then my husband gets an email "choose your tv package" ( don't even know how they got his email address now that I think of it) and we chose no tv package because no one ever came by to talk to him. Then we got a big box in the mail. We didn't open it because we didn't order it. Still assuming someone was coming. He called and said we didn't order anything and not hearing anything we just sent the box back. Six months later we get a notice we have been turned over to collections for unpaid services. We call again. They promise they will straighten it out, credit our account and we didn't hear anything else until this month when I see a 50 point ding on my credit report because I'd been turned into a collections agency. We've spent hours on the phone being passed from one person to another. We kept requesting supervisors until we talked to someone who said he couldn't understand what the problem was, we should never have been charged, we should never have been sent to collections, we never used the service and of course it would be fixed. A couple of days later I get a call from a credit department saying the exact opposite of what the supervisor said and rudely demanded I prove that we used Dish Network for the months they billed us. I sent him the entire year and said I could send five more years if he needed additional proof. So far I've heard nothing except that at least 5 times a day I get a call from the nastiest lady demanding I pay $264 or I will never stop hearing from her. I try not to answer the phone but it's a different number every time so it's not until I hear her voice that I know it's her. Do not listen to a sales pitch in a store. Unimaginable horrific experience trying to disconnect from their overpriced ridiculously flawed service. Agent on phone forced me to go through a long sales pitch after I told her I wasn’t well and already had other service. Did not give a d&$@. Talked down and condescending to me. NEVER EVER GET SERVICE FROM THEM. I just saved you.

Worst Customer Service. I placed my order over the phone, lady sent me to this store to pick up a router, it was part of my order. This big black dude name Carmon is the manager in the store is very rude and unprofessional. He refused to give me one, told me they dont have. It was a lie. Just bc I placed my order online. He kept saying, store does't make money like this. Hes ghetto, not a fit for this job.

Sausha Penn exhibited Outstanding Customer Service on a recent visit. She spent a lot of time researching my account trying to find ways to save me money.
