Please be aware of terms and conditions for services. I switched back to Verizon due to poor cell service just 7 days in to my billing cycle. I was told by the in store agent I would get a partial refund for remainder of non-used services. After 30 days with no refund I called customer service to learn in the terms and conditions it states no refund after cancellation regardless of time. I had no idea a multi-billion dollar company needed my $30.00. Any company who doesn't refund for service NOT rendered is a scam. I already have to deal with internet outages every month for last 6 months due to "upgraded services in my area" and a tech at my home almost monthly. It's especially bad when the tech shows up saying" ma'am the signal issue is happening again"! The cheap phone service is not worth it.

I had great service from Cameron at the sprectrum store in Plano. I needed additional dvr's for the house...he greeted me promptly and took care of my request for the additional dvr's. A+ service!!

Please do not use specturm, the price maybe reasonable but internet speed is horrible. keep getting disconnet every 5 mins. And things are getting worse. having outage every 2 weeks with no explanation.

After years of good service something chanced, the tv was unwatchable. After Several service calls and I count all lies, we switched, good luck if you get Spectrum.

Arrived late for my appointment and 4 min before closing on a Sunday afternoon yet we were welcomed into the store and received outstanding service from Darin. He was very friendly & efficient and we left the store very happy customers! I have my internet & now a cellphone line with Spectrum & this store has given me awesome service on all occasions. I will definitely be visiting this store again.

Don't go for spectrum mobile everytime you wanna chance your sim card you need to call them and they only support certain phones. Tough luck if your new phone doesn't support the sim.

What an experience. Generally speaking I transferred my cell service to spectrum after paying so much money with Verizon. I had a horrible time transferring my service and keeping my phone number. Francis Hernandez was such a wonderful help. He even politely helped me and another family. I am impressed and very grateful. His coworker was kind and offered me water. After being there for 40 minutes and dealing with Verizon on the phone everything was completed. This store has been very good to me before with moving and internet. I will absolutely return again with any needs. Thank you.

I don't appreciate the attitude the older representative took when I declined spectrum cell service. We have a t-mobile seniors plan with grandfather clause. If we leave we can't get it back if we ever go back. So be respectful or we can cancel everything. I can care less about sales goals.

Awesome customer support and kudos to Farah.. She is fully technical and knows all the support related thats makes things much faster and knows all backend code which resolves your issue much faster.. Thanks spectrum for having such a knowledgable and kind technical desk support at the spectrum store.. we need more resources like her..

I needed to make some changes to my account and went into a store to handle it. Kevin B. one of the sales people there was extremely polite, respectful and kind. He patiently explained all my options and helped me find the best solution. If you are ever in need of help with your Spectrum account please go to the store in Polo Towne Crossing and ask for Kevin!

I was met by a sales women named Farah. Very professional and helpful. Had gone into exchange a router and the she recommended I also switch out the Modem. Will be going back to this store in the future.

I have had a horrible experience with Spectrum and ultimately had to disconnect my service. The issues were technical in nature and it was clear this company is not investing in it's employees so that they may provide decent service and support to their customers.

I've called spectrum every month since January to make sure my acct is canceled and they keep billing me EVEN though I am assured it is closed. We don't even use spectrum for any service and haven't since December 2022! Once again I'm receiving an email that my supposed closed acct is being billed. They have not credited me either. I am unable to walk into a store to discuss so I have to call and it takes an hour out of my day. Horrible, horrible!! I will never ever recommend them.
