We've been coming here for about 13 years. The guys there are great and remember us and the numerous cars we've been through.
Service is always great and they are very clear with any issues, including if something is urgent or can wait. They're always honest and dependable.

I took my car there for an oil change 3 weeks ago and discovered today it turned dark already( look like oil hadn't been changed for few months).My other car had an oil change 5 weeks ago and oil still retain amber new oil color.
Not sure why the oil got dark color so fast with not much driving.
Did they change the oil I paid them to do?
8/2025. I have made a mistake. They are friendly and fair price. I would recommend them to my family and friends

I needed a transmission wire repair for my 2018 Honda Civic.
Car Care Central in Plano gave an estimate of $200 per hour labor rate for 2 hours of repair- plus their $99 diagnostic fee.
I called around to compare labor rates as that seemed over the top. Spring Creek Auto Repair's labor rate was HALF the cost and do not charge the diagnostic fee if they repair.
I am thankful for shops like Spring Creek Auto Repair where they are honest, do not inflate on repair hours, does not screw you over and charge you ridiculous prices.
Thank you Ray, for your honesty and integrity which is rare these days.

Went in staff was extremely helpful. My car was over heating I changed the thermostat car was still in the red. Brought it here they were super friendly and told me the computer needed to be re-set. They did it for me at no charge. Highly recommend coming here where they are honest and not here to screw you over and charge you ridiculous prices.

Paid over $700 for them to fix an oil leak. They broke the stand that keeps the hood open (did not even tell me about just put it in my trunk), they lost the cap for my radiator fluid and worst of all when I went out if town my engine light came on went to a mechanic and they said I did not have any oil in the car. The oart that they said they replaced they never did. Just took my money and ran. Horrible place. On my way there to pick up my car my Uber Driver told me how horrible of a place this was and how they ripped him off and his buddy. I wish I had known that before I had to to “fix my car” which they also changed the price when I went to pick up the vehicle. Beware of this mechanic shop!!!!

I have a 19 year old Lincoln which is starting to fall apart. Recently my driver’s window quit working. After high recommendations from family members I went to Spring Creek Automotive and they gave me an estimate for repair of my bad window switch. I was so relieved with the quote that I had them replace it immediately. WOW! It only took an hour and the price was exactly as quoted. I’m so happy!! I recommend them to everyone.

I came in for an oil change - only an oil change. They did an oil change but they also took everything out of my glovebox to pull my cabin filter out and offer to put a new one in for $45. They must pull this with women. Two stars for putting my new registration sticker on. Go somewhere else
