WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY. I received my medication via mail and the vial was broken at the bottom with some of the medication leaked out. Pretty sure something happened during shipping. This is the first time this has happened and I’ve received medication through the mail before. I called as soon as I received the medication. The first pharmacist tells me to send a close up picture with a condescending tone, which I send the same day. She tells me after I send the picture, I will receive a replacement. However, she never reach back out to me after I sent the picture and instead I’ve had to constantly call them 3 times in one day. People have been giving me different information. I’m basically hounding the pharmacy for a replacement for a medication I paid for out of pocket!!! After I finally contact a pharmacist, they question where the vial is broken even though you can clearly see it in the picture. So after asking me a multitude of questions, which I answer he tells me he’ll MAYBE send me a replacement today or tomorrow or Monday. That’s 3 different days, so now I’ll be out of medication for a week before I receive a replacement. And I’m sure I’ll have to continue to call and check on the replacement because they’re consistently pushing me off even though I’ve bought medication from them 2 times before. This is extremely frustrating and bad for my health, I’m very disappointed because I liked this pharmacy before I had this issue. Unfortunately, I still have to use this pharmacy since it’s the one my DR office recommends but I can only hope I don’t run into any more of these issues

This pharmacy is so slow. Hopefully you will not need a prescription in a hurry because they are super SLOW. My medicine that was supposed to be refrigerated and overnighted but instead was delivered late and hot. I tired Spring Creek because of the price but it was not worth the delay. Disappointing service.

Absolutely awful service. They are very unorganized, and there are weird charges. They also lie. My prescription was sent in on a Monday, so I called them and asked if they could send it with the fastest shipping possible. They said they would. I called Tuesday to check, and they said they would ship it that day. I called Wednesday again, and they said they would ship it that day. It's almost the end of the business day, and they haven't shipped it yet. Now I'm out of my medicine and in pain. I tried transferring the prescription, but they were not cooperative. In the past, they have sent my medicine through the regular mail with a single cold pack in a Ziploc bag during the Texas summer, it arrived a gross soggy mess after about a week. Update: I tried to get the status of my prescription, and they hung up on six times in a row.
A more honest review of this place would be too profanity filled to post.

A week ago, my husband called this pharmacy and was told his medication was in stock. When I arrived to pick it up (10:20 AM), I waited five minutes before being greeted by a staff member who said someone would assist me shortly, as he had a phone call to make. It took another 10 minutes before someone finally came to help.
After providing my husband’s date of birth twice, the employee struggled to locate his information. Another 10 minutes passed before she found it and went to the back to prepare the prescription. Meanwhile, I watched three other customers come and go while I continued to wait. When I asked for an update, another staff member checked and told me it was ‘almost done’—yet I was still left waiting, now expecting an additional 30-minute delay for a single prescription refill.
This pharmacy appears extremely disorganized, and based on my experience, if you don’t speak Cantonese or Mandarin, you are not a priority.
I just got my meds and it is now 11:10 AM.

I ordered a prescription that costs $125 plus shipping. Kelly charged my account $125 then voided the transaction. But the amount, plus the additional $140 for the original cost came out of my account. They argued that they voided it and it wasn't their problem anymore. They said i have to go through my bank. The bank will take 10 days to correct the problem. This money was for my Thanksgiving. Now I have nothing until December 2. I asked to speak to the owner but she would not take my call.

I’ve been w Spring Creek Pharmacy for going on 6 years. I drive an hour each way to pick ip my meds because it’s worth it. They are always friendly. Have been very helpful in a frustrating time and always punctual w my meds. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend them!!

The service at this pharmacy is atrocious! After numerous attemps and visits we have finally given up. If there was a 0 star option I would have selected that option. The staff is rude and unhelpful.

Their prices are way better than what I was paying. The only bad thing is that are super busy all the time and they no longer deliver to my area. Now they mail my compounded medication. Which has taken up to a week which caused me to run out of it.

Definitely not your typical pharmacy. They are definitely verbally aggressive. I don’t like the way I witnessed them talking to elderly customers. I can hear them yelling at customers on the phone. I’m very confused and would normally speak up but they all are sharing the same behavior. Speaking poorly about Obama care and how it’s not financially beneficial to them is a conversation not to be loud about while the customers using that insurance is right in front of them. I honestly recommend going where professionalism service exists… not here. Respectfully it’s uncomfortable here.
