We have owned our Springfree Jumbo Square for 2 years and it is still daily played on! I (the mom) have even taken to exercising on it every morning (5 mins of jumping is equal to 30 mins running). Looks and works the same as the day we set it up and it’s made it thru 2 Wisconsin winters! We recently had a ladder part break and replacing the part was easy and affordable- amazing customer service! This product is beyond worth it!

Ordered the 13ft model, i got no more than 8 springs connected and one of the grey connection pieces in the mat was cracked and exploded in my hand when I tried to put the spring rod in, cutting my hand in the process. Contacted customer service. They asked for proof of purchsse, proof of damaged piece, and address. 4 business days later I've heard nothing back. Less than pleased with the experience. I've had an incomplete trampoline sitting in my backyard for 6 days. All over what I'm guessing is a $0.30 piece replacement. Less than impressed with my Springfree experience so far.

We accidentally ordered the wrong model of our trampoline mat and they were amazing in helping us figure it out - return the old one and get the right one shipped. Our children are going to be so thrilled to have their spring free back!!!

My kids loved and played hard on our trampoline for 7 years. Then the net started to tear. This company has the best customer service ever. I have my new free net up and we are back to jumping. Thank you!

My family and I have had our Springfree Trampoline for about three years now and my kids can't stop having fun in it. Safety is always my concern with my crazy kids and I'm happy I chose to buy from Springfree Trampoline. The reliability and well-made product they offer puts me at ease while they do ticks and flips inside of it. We've had mishaps from a torn mat and a torn net from the kids bringing toys inside of the trampoline. Springfree Trampoline made it easy for us to order replacement parts and make it so that it's practically brand new. I don't see another option when choosing a company to buy a trampoline from. Springfree Trampoline is the best trampoline the industry has to offer.

The trampoline is good, it was impossible to put together so we had to call a professional and then there are two of the pieces that already broke and I am sure we will have to pay extra for someone to fix it.
Springfree called and informed me that they would fix my issue and that did not happen.
We have had the trampoline for a couple months now and we are missing three anchors for the mat. There is no one in our location that can help us with the anchors we received.
If you don't have someone in your location to help good luck.

We absolutely love our new Springfree Trampoline! The kids are out there every single day playing and jumping. After much debate we ended up going with the jumbo oval size and couldn’t be more pleased. It is big, but we love the size. This thing is built like a tank and quite heavy. I definitely recommend adding the wheels if you think you will ever need to move it. With the wheels I can easily move it all by myself. We also added the basketball hoop and have had a lot of fun practicing our slam dunks. We opted to assemble the trampoline by ourselves. It took several hours and we made it through, but I’d say you definitely need two people to bend the rods to get them properly seated. This trampoline is well-designed and the materials and build quality are exceptional. We look forward to years of fun ahead!

We have had our Oval Springfree Trampoline for almost six years. We bought it for our Granddaughter. We raise her and she is active in dance and tumbling. Our Springfree has been a Godsend for her. She has anxiety and jumps every night on her trampoline. Her Springfree is her outlet for calming and peace. Thank you for an excellent product!

We absolutely love our Spring free trampoline!! Ours is the 11x11. It was not nearly as bad as we thought it would be to set up haha, just my husband and I did it all together. We feel as safe as possible about our kids jumping on it with the tight net. It looks super nice too, all the neighbor kids have came to jump already! Our kids are going to have the best summer with it:)) we also had the BEST customer service from Nick Raponi!! Huge help with ordering everything, sending tutorial videos, and just very timely responses! Thanks Nick!! Very happy with our trampoline & the company as a whole! Highly recommend:)

We purchased a 13ft Springfree Trampoline and it has been the best investment. Our boys love it plus you have to get the basketball goal with it. They spend hours enjoying this trampoline! Lastly the quality is amazing we have had 3 other trampolines and nothing compares.

Kids absolutely love the trampoline!
We had an older model that was destroyed in a storm, and we replaced it with the newer jumbo square.
I chose the self-installation, which advises 2 adults and estimates 3 hours to complete. Myself (39y) and my two daughters put it together in probably 2-2.5 hours.
Since we had an earlier model, we already had a general sense of how the pieces fit together. Otherwise, the instructions might have left us searching for more help on some of the specific steps like how to prepare the net before connecting the rods and how to move about the trampoline when trying to attach the spring rods. That said, the installation app had a mostly easy to follow instruction guide with interactive step-by-step instructions.
The rods are by far and away the toughest part of the installation, especially the corner rods which have to bend farther to connect to the curve of the mat. Probably would have helped to have a second adult with that part, as I was struggling by myself. I consider myself reasonably fit and it took all of my strength and bodyweight to get some of those corner rods to connect as tension built up on the mat. Might be worth the professional installation to save yourself that trouble, and it's possible the other shapes don't have this same problem as the squares.
That said, Springfree does a nice job labeling the various pieces with different colors to help ensure everything is lined up appropriately.
Although there are other options on the market, our kids have been enjoying our Springfree trampoline for its size and sturdiness for years, and we'd likely buy another if we ever needed to replace this one.
