I came in a few days ago to get help with a trade in and to add a line on my account. Osama was very attentive, didn’t disappoint at all. Very happy with the outcome, will definitely go back if I have any more issues or questions.

Had a great experience. I was greeted by Osama as I walked in and he got me checked in and gave me a good estimate on the wait time. He ended up helping me out and got my complexed situation resolved and took the time to switch me to the Go5g Plus plan so I can take advantage of the great benefits. Mainly the trade in value I ended up getting for my phone towards my new 14 Pro Max. Also got the Apple Watch SE with the promotion. He’s a great asset to the company. Rude, the T-Mobile Expert (he calls himself) was pissed because I chose to call customer care. I refused to let someone make commission off my service who doesn’t have good customer service experience. I took my business to another location and I now I have my IPhone 15 ProMax, and the agent at that location was Awesome!

My Mom and I were long overdue for an upgrade and kept putting it off (from an IPhone 12 Pro Max to an IPhone 15 Pro Max), so we decided to stop by this particular T-Mobile location shortly after 10AM on Monday, 1/8/24. We were promptly and professionally greeted by Lorena - this young lady was a rockstar in providing the best of customer service and answered just about any question I had regarding my account. More than anything, I appreciated her kindness and patience while she walked us through the upgrade, explained the mathematical breakdown, what our trade-ins were worth, and made sure all notes, apps, photos, and text messages were transferred to both our new phones. Positive experience and I can definitely see myself returning here for service in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They tell you wrong thing and you can’t do anything about, costing you a lot of money… don’t get advice from them… T-Mobile charges are super expensive and reacquiring.. Don’t use them!

Rude... no one greeted people walking in, so I had NO idea if there was a check-in system. I asked a sales associate, and he briefly looked up and said we'll check you in. Very un organized... atleast have a sign guiding people what to do.

Everytime I go into the store the customer representatives are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient and helpful. I feel inept with technology and I admit to it so if they need to send someone else they still have time to trade out staff. However the T-Mobile staff stay and help me and encourage me to come back!!! That extra assurance makes me feel less of a burden for the staff,!!! Thank you very much!!!

in this place is every time I come to make a payment the staff is always late in accepting the payment must break priorities to receive the payments of the plans since it is every time the same
