I've used Stanza Textbooks for almost two years now, through a a coding bootcamp, and now preparing to get my A+ and Network+ certs.....great, personal customer service, flexible rental options, and I've not heard them say "we can't get that book" yet.... all my friends who are going back to school this year and last year have started using stanza....and they are based in the metroplex, support local businesses

I ordered to rent a book for my son 5 days ago and have heard nothing about if it's going to be sent out and it looks like it's still in my queue. When I ordered it, it said it was in stock but now I'm not sure what's going on. I was charged for expedited shipping which put almost $13 extra dollars onto my bill - no big deal if I will get it sooner but now here I set with no book and no idea of when it's on its way. My son's class has already started and he has had no book. I would really like to hear something about what is happening with the book. Thanks!

There was some confusion about correct zip code but Stanza was very responsive and the problem was resolved quickly. Much cheaper than buying book.

I received the right books in good condition, but paid $12 in expedited shipping for the books to arrive a bit later than I would have preferred (a little less than a week after ordering). The customer service person I spoke to was very responsive.

Textbook listed as in stock in website. Was notified 2 days after I ordered that it was not in stock and was actually backordered (was still listed as in stock at this time). Requested a refund multiple times and was finally refunded 3 days later.

Why does shipping default to two day? I wanted regular free shipping, I could swear I clicked on it. And i can’t cancel the order on my account and email confirmation doesn’t show a way to cancel.

I cannot believe the textbook I received. No one at Stanza reviews their rental books, apparently. The book i received was put together incorrectly. None of the pages are in numerical order none of the content is in order. Makes this book completely useless. And they have ghosted me regarding the return with a refund of this book. Never again and I will not ever recommend. I wish I could give them zero stars.
