Wish I could rate 6 stars. This place rocks. Especially for kids.I've stayed in a lot of hotels, this one is one of my all time favorites and would go out of my way to stay here if traveling through again. The rooms and beds are good. The usual huge Staybridge suites with a full kitchen, bedroom and living areas. I don't understand why Staybridge's cost the same as typical hotels. You get so much more! The staff is great. Friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and well-maintained.The free breakfast is great. They even have a free beer/wine appetizer thing on weekday evenings. Again, how is this place not more expensive than cookie-cutter hotels. The patio area is fantastic. It's shaded with a nice basketball court and grill. The biggest surprise is the pool. It's awesome. Most hotel pools are tiny with a ton of chlorine that burns eyes and dries skin. This pool is larger and I think might be saltwater because there's no chlorine smell. It's also warm. Many hotel pools are too cold. This hotel was perfect for our family with young kids.

This hotel is an extended stay that ticks all the marks - clean, friendly, efficient, safe with lots of perks. I stayed here for 2+ weeks. My room was a handicap accessible suite with a roll-in shower. It was laid out thoughtfully with room to maneuver and it was very clean. The mattress was extremely comfortable. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient whenever I needed assistance. I felt safe staying here. The parking lot is well lit and the entrance to reception requires card key access or buzzer for entry. Hallways are brightly lit. They offer full hot breakfast every morning, and it's good and they also offer happy hour food and drinks M - W. There is an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi with a handicap lift, basketball courts, grill, and cabana area. They offer panty selections for sale and free laundry and work out equipment.Overall, this hotel experience was fantastic for my needs. It caters to business people for the most part with some families. It's not really close to any "attractions". I definitely recommend.

This Staybridge hotel will be our go-to hotel when we return to Dallas. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, a special Thank You to Acham, who helped us pick the perfect room. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, everything you need for an extended stay. What really blew me away was that it didn’t smell like a hotel room. The scent entering the room was really nice and inviting. It truly felt like home over the 11 days we stayed there. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Sincerely, Hank

We found this place and it is in a great location. The hotel is extremely clean. The pool is just big enough and the hot tub is amazing! The staff and customer service is top notch. The lady working the front desk by herself was busy and yet so patient and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.Safety: We felt extremely safe staying here. It seems like an excellent neighborhood—not far from UT Dallas.

This is a very comfortable place to say while you’re visiting the area. This is a definitely must have if you’re staying longer than a day or two. The convenience of having the kitchenette is a must. Wednesday through Thursday they offer a cocktail hour. I do wish that I had evening dining though. I was very happy with the options. And every evening I come home to a nice clean bed with towels all folded and showers cleaned. I do wish that there is water available in the gym. I also find it kind of odd that you have to go outside and through the courtyard to get to the swimming pool area. I do believe they have some nicer rooms available. But this is definitely not a classy place but it is a very nice place. I definitely would stay here while visiting again.Rooms: The rooms are fairly big and very accommodating. Very comfortable beds in the kitchenette is very convenient. The shower surrounds are made of granite. With granite countertops in the kitchen and the bathrooms.Nearby activities: There is many many many restaurants and grocery stores all over this areaSafety: In order to enter any door in the building, even the front main lobby, you must have a key cardWalkability: There is a plaza within walking distance with a couple nice restaurants. And if you don’t mind walking a little further, there’s some other places to eat as well. There is a grocery store not very far away. And the suites are right next-door to an LA fitness.Food & drinks: Wednesday through Thursday, they offer a cocktail hour. You can see the details on the welcome paper that I attached. They do not offer evening dining. But the breakfast bar is very nice and accommodating.

Old and dirty. The hotel reeks of air freshener to cover up odors. Look elsewhere.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for 4 months for work. Hotel is nice, staff has been great, but the washer and dryers are absolutely pitiful. 4-5 doing one load or the dryer is actually working for one and shrinks your clothes. The pool and hot tub area is newly renovated, but something clearly went wrong as the hot tub is green while the pool remains clean and clear. They’ve tried to “fix” but cheap owners would be my guess. Hot tub often has terrible smell too. At least 3 nights a week they offer “appetizers”, and when it’s broccoli and the entire hotel smells like farts.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. The remotes were dirty, hair on towel. Not what I expected from Marriot run 3 star hotel. I'm very particular about my hotels and read through many reviews before booking and can't believe how unclean it was. I was too busy to ask for another room though so idk what they would have done. Bed/pillows were uncomfortable. AC got too hot or too cold. Breakfast is mediocre.

We haven’t had a worst experience at a hotel before. We have lived in multiple places around the world but this Staybridge Suites in Plano has literally been the worse! I can’t express how bad their service is. Chasing them for proper cleaning of the rooms, asking them for cutlery they have nothing here. Cleanliness is extremely poor, breakfast? We don’t even go downstairs for it. All of us fell sick at this hotel. Very very incompetent staff. The front desk is of no use. I am surprised how is this hotel even running.Don’t want to recommend this place to anyone, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction.Congrats to them for losing a loyal platinum member!Rooms: Unclean, carpets don’t get vacuumed here.Food & drinks: We all fell sick here. Disgusting stale eggs for breakfast
