Stayed here in 2023 for 3 weeks! Loved it! Stay was comfortable, kitchen is helpful for long stays! Only drawback I can think of is same breakfast for 3 weeks, no change! At the end I didn’t bother to go for breakfast as it’s same! May be little variety can be better!

I stayed at this hotel recently from September 5 to the seventh. My birthday is September 4 and I got married on September 5 as I arrived I was inappropriately by the manager Laura Rodriguez She is awesome. She did everything she can to make us feel welcome when I say your hotel have a beautiful angelic feeling , with kind and professional employees she’s the general manager so please treat her right because she treat your people right as well. What I mean about people is all those who come to visit the hotel from different places . I only stay an hour away. I was disappointed about a few things and instantly she went into action and made sure my Stay was comfortable not only that she acknowledge my birthday . Most importantly, she acknowledge that I am a newlywed I thank her kindly service and I do recommend this place the price is nice for the area. I also I would like to say thank you to the young man who worked nights I apologize I don’t remember his name because he was low and he wore sleeves to cover his tattoos to be professional. It’s amazing to be able to go somewhere you can afford and still have , great service with a smile.

We stayed at Staybridge for 4 days and had a mixed experience.
Pros:
The suites were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials.
The breakfast selection on the first two days was very good.
The front desk staff were courteous and polite.
Cons:
Housekeeping was unavailable throughout our stay due to the long weekend. We had to change our own sheets, request supplies, and handle basic upkeep ourselves. This made the experience feel more like an Airbnb than a hotel.
Breakfast options were significantly reduced on days 3 and 4, likely due to supply shortages, but staff did not offer any explanation or apology.
Despite the inconveniences, full charges were applied, late checkout was not accommodated, and no meaningful solutions were offered. While the front desk staff were apologetic, they were unable to provide practical assistance.
Overall, while the property itself is clean and comfortable, the lack of consistent housekeeping and limited breakfast options detracted from the overall experience.

paid for a suite for two nights. first 5 hours was ok until a family checked in above us and was extremely loud. came back that evening and it sounded like a football game was being played. called downstairs and ask for another room and was moved to the top. got up there and the door was wide open with a tool cart in living room. apparently the ac want working. Went back downstairs and was told i could either keep what i had or go to a room that had 2 double beds. so i had to go from 1 king and 2 queens to 2 double beds. so for piece of mind i switched. i asked about some kind of comp as my room was more expensive and they said they could put on my card. i told them that i booked thru a third party so they told me not to check out tomorrow but to just leave and call curtis (sales director) after 9 and he would just add it back on the card on file. left after breakfest and called after 9 and got hung up on. second call i got someone and told them who i needed to speak to and i got his voicemail. as of today, he still hasn't called me back. be weary of staying here.

BED BUGS!!!
Do not stay here. My family stayed here a couple of days ago. We had two rooms. Myself and one of my children stayed in one room and during our stay we had multiple bed bug bites. The other room was fine and my wife with our other 2 children had no issues but myself and other child were bit in many many places on our bodies. This includes private areas of our bodies as well. We reached out to the manager who was so incredibly rude and disrespectful to my wife and refused to acknowledge the situation or handle it appropriately. When the manager said she would call us back she never did and when we reached out again we were basically told it could not have happened. We then explained that how can two people in one room have very painful bite marks in multiple places on their bodies but the rest of the family in the other room had nothing wrong. From the very beginning this hotel had horrible customer service and I would not go there again if someone paid me too. My poor child is now in pain and we were told we are crazy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Definitely we start we the wrong foot, I had to wait for over 20 mins to check in, the only person in the lobby was doing maintenance work or something in another room and nobody was at the reception. 4 families had to wait to get greeted by the hotel. Myself and another lady look around the hotel, knocking at the office doors or laundry and nobody was there. FINALLY after 20 mins I get my keys and I went to my room and not shampoo 😩, only 2 towels, luckily I always travel with my personal care so I don't even want to bother to go down and ask for nothing. So far no good experience for me.

I cannot say enough about the incredible service Carlos and Shelly provided! They went above and beyond their roles, demonstrating not only professionalism but also genuine care and dedication. Their attention to detail, willingness to step in wherever needed, and positive attitudes made a world of difference.
Carlos brought such a level of excellence and efficiency that everything ran smoothly, and warmth and attentiveness ensured that every need was met with kindness. It’s rare to find individuals who treat their work as more than just a job, but that’s exactly what they did. Their efforts didn’t go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for the impact they made. Next time I’m back in Texas - this will be my go to hotel. Room was very spacious, breakfast was delicious and loved the outdoor fire pit.
Thank you, Carlos and Shelly, for your outstanding service! Your hard work and heart for what you do truly shine.

Terrible service - staff unaccommodating to customers. Staff speaks Spanish in front of American guest who can’t understand what they’re saying.
